Admission - $5.00 per person (Grades 7-12) 2. Start at 7:30 P.M. Coronation at 8:00 P.M. East Butler students must attend the dance to attend Coronation. Dance ends at 10:00 P.M. 3. Doors close at 7:50 P.M. 4. No Blue Jeans, Please!! 5. If you re bringing an outside date, Guest Registration Forms must be received in the office by Thursday, January 25 at 12:00 Noon. Copies of the form can be found on the website, in the office, or in the student handbook. 6. Enter building through EAST doors of the old building. 7. Once you enter the building, you may not leave and re-enter. 8. All coats, purses, etc. will be checked into Room #112 upon entry to the building. These may NOT be taken into the MPR room or restrooms. 9. You MAY use grade school restrooms on the main floor only. 10. You may not go upstairs. 11. West end of the building beyond the MPR Room will be OFF LIMITS.

2 SWEETHEART DANCE will be Friday, January 26th from 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in the East Butler Multi-Purpose Room. All 7th - 12th graders are invited to attend! Admission will be $5.00 per person and coronation will take place at 8:00 p.m. Doors close at 7:45 P.M. No Jeans Please. Academic ineligibility for this week will include the Sweetheart Dance. Sponsored by: East Butler FFA and FCCLA Chapters FFA/FCCLA MEMBERS WILL NEED TO DECORATE FROM 2:30-3:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 26 FOR THE SWEETHEART DANCE. EAST BUTLER BOYS CROSSROADS CONFERENCE BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT GAME TONIGHT (WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24) WILL BE BROADCAST ON RADIO STATION KOOL (103.5 FM/1370 AM). _ NO PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE CRC BASKETBALL TOURNEY GAMES. Also a reminder, there are no hand held signs allowed at the basketball tournament. STATE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP APPAREL - We are going to place another order for state championship shirts, sweatshirts and hats. If you missed the last order or forgot to order an item, this will be your last chance. WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 40 TO PLACE AN ORDER. Please use the attached order form and return by Friday, January 26 at noon to Mr. Glasshoff. PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES WILL BE HELD FEBRUARY 7TH - Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH from 3:00-8:00 P.M. School will dismiss at 1:30 P.M Conferences will be held in the gym. TOPP NOTE: Children are drinking at a younger age. The fact is that alcohol and any other illegal drug is very addictive to a child s underdeveloped central nervous system. Statistics show: *Junior and high school students drink 35 percent of all the wine coolers in the U.S. * Binge drinking consumption of five or more drinks at one sitting is reported as early as the eighth grade. * Alcohol-related accidents are the leading cause of death among people 15 to 24 years of age. * Half of all youthful deaths in drowning, fires, suicide, and homicide are alcohol related. * The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in a survey of high school seniors, found that 2.5 million respondents did not know they could die of alcohol poisoning.
