1 Family Weekend Schedule of Events Friday, October 19 4:00-8:00 Family Weekend Check-In Gallagher Student Center 4:00-10:00 Please stop by the front desk of the Gallagher Student Center to pick up your Family Weekend wristband to attend all Family Weekend events. This year, each family will also receive a Family Weekend Fleece Blanket as a memento during Check-In. You must check-in during the hours of operation to receive your wristband and fleece blanket. Free admission to O Connor Sports Center with Family Weekend wristband!* You must provide a valid photo ID and sign a liability waiver. Check out our facility we would love to have you join us! 6:30 Women s Soccer vs. Duquesne* Soccer Complex The team takes on the Dukes from Duquesne University. Participation in this event is included with your Family Weekend registration fee. Ice Hockey Club Cincinnati Gardens ( Don t miss Xavier s Ice Hockey Club play. 8:00 Choral Evensong* Bellarmine Chapel

2 8:00 Hairspray Gallagher Student Center Theater The 1950 s are out and change is in the air! Based on the movie of the same name, the newly combined Department of Music and Theater is proud to present Hairspray, winner of 9 Tony Awards including Best Musical. Hairspray is a family-friendly musical piled bouffant-high with laughter, romance, and deliriously tuneful songs. Faculty/Staff/Children/Seniors/XU Students - $7 in advance, $10 at the door. General Adult - $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Tickets ordered through Family Weekend may be picked up during any regular box office hours as well as from 4:00-6:45pm at the Family Weekend Registration table on Friday. The Box Office will then re-open from 7:00pm until intermission. 9:30 Bingo at the Cintas Center* Former Hoff Dining at Cintas The always popular Xavier style bingo. It's a night the whole family will enjoy, filled with plenty of games, door prizes, food and fun. Come ready to yell BINGO and win lots of exciting prizes! This event will be held in the space formerly occupied as the Hoff Marketplace at Cintas Center. Note this is not the new dining hall in Fenwick Place. Participation in this event is included with

No admission cost. 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 Brunch on Campus* Hoff Marketplace, Fenwick Place 12:00 2:00 Come and enjoy a full service brunch at the Hoff Marketplace including all your breakfast favorites. Guests will enjoy made to order omelets, delicious breakfast potatoes and meats, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and breakfast breads, fresh fruit and yogurt, as well as make your own X waffle and more! Dining on campus never tasted so good! Participation in this event is included with Intramural Sports Family Field Day* Outdoor Volleyball and B-ball Courts Come out to the sand volleyball and outdoor basketball

4 courts for some play time! Shoot baskets, play sand volleyball, play cornhole. Feel free to create a game with your family, and/or participate in fun games like Horse and Knockout organized by our intramural sports student employees. Participation in this event is included with Club Softball Games Intramural Field Don t miss Xavier s Club Softball team play. There will be a cookout in conjunction with Intramural Sports Field Day followed by Slow Pitch or Whiffle ball game at the Intramural Fields. Men s or Women s Rugby Softball Game Intramural Field Don t miss our Club Rugby teams. Men s or Women s Club Soccer Game Don t miss our Club Soccer teams. Stand-up Paddleboarding Demo O Connor Sports Center Pool Try the fastest growing paddle sport in America; Standup Paddle Boarding. This activity combines the skill of paddling with the upright position of surfing. Please bring your own swimsuit and towel; locker rooms will be available.
