Barnes and Noble bookstore partners with ISU and will be hosting a special activity. Sycamore Basketball 7:00 pm Hulman Center Watch an exhibition game between our Sycamores and Marian University. Tickets available through the Hulman Center Ticket Office. Please note that ISU students will attend the game at no charge just by showing their Sycamore ID card. Sycamore Cinema Presents The Lion King 8:00 pm Dede I Come and enjoy the movie, popcorn and fun! Children are welcome. Saturday, November 4 (Pick and choose from the variety of events that YOUR FAMILY wants to attend) PARKING ON CAMPUS: Parking lots are open on Saturday no need for any type of pass. There are construction sites on campus (4th street is partially closed) that will need to be taken into consideration when parking. West Visitors Lot will not be available due to another special event. 2 Student Recreation Center 8:00 am 8:00 pm 8:00 am 7:00 pm (Pool) Take advantage of the on-campus recreational facilities that your student uses. Enjoy the many activities! Have fun in the pool with basketball or the obstacle course! Waivers will also be available on-site. Football Game Ticket Sales Families will be able to purchase (cash or check only) football game tickets ($5 per ticket) in the Commons location only between 9:00 am 12:00 pm and at the Memorial Stadium location from 11:30 pm 1:30 pm. ISU students will attend game at no charge just by showing their Sycamore ID Cunningham Memorial Library 9:00 am 5:00 pm Light refreshments will be served. Brunch 10:00 am - 1:30 pm Sycamore Dining Towers Payment information below Brunch at Sycamore Towers is open to all families whether your student lives in the residence halls or commutes. Menu choices will include a self-serve brunch consisting of sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, plus lunch entrées/sides of the day, omelets made to order, Belgian waffles, full salad bar, wellness yogurt bar, a grill featuring cheeseburgers and fries, desserts, and beverages. Cost of the brunch: Adults (12 and over) Brunch is $7.80 plus tax.55 = $8.35 Children 3-11 $3.90 plus tax.27 = 4.17 Under 3 no charge. Your student may use their meal plan for themselves and family members or family members can pay with cash or credit card. Distance Education Open House 10:00 am Noon Art Gallery Lounge HMSU Stop by and visit if you are a current distance student or if you have an interest in becoming a distance student. Light refreshments will be served. University College Open House 10:00 am 11:30 am Normal Hall Visit with the Dean and other staff and tour the newly renovated building!

WZIS Radio 10:00 am - Noon Hulman Memorial Student Union, Dede Plaza Z90.7 FM is the student operated radio station at Indiana State University. Z90.7 FM plays a variety of music from alternative, hip hop, top 40, EDM, and everything in between. First Sycamores 10:00 am - Noon Stalker Hall ISU students who are among the first in their family to go to college are invited to a brunch to learn more about our First Sycamores program. Bring your family or just come yourself! Meet others who are the first in their family to go to college, learn about what is in place to support you, and feel the ISU pride in your being part of our community. Book Signing by Linda Minton 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Barnes and Noble Bookstore located at the corner of 4th and Cherry Streets WWII Heroes: We Were Just Doing Our Jobs, was published June 1, WWII Heroes is a book of personal stories of 65 WWII veterans as well as the stories of 10 ladies and gentlemen from the Evansville, IN area that worked in the factories making war products and planes. There is also a story from a local Terre Haute resident, Liz Ford, who was a child living in Germany during the war.

4 Sycamore Bingo 10:30 am - Noon Hulman Memorial Student Union, Dede I Join in on the fun! Stop by and play a quick game of bingo and meet the students involved in the Residence Hall Association. Family Stop and Serve Program 10:30 am - Noon Hulman Memorial Student Union, Dede Plaza Take part in this annual activity. Stop and Serve Community Service Project Table! Achievement Lunch (Invitation Only) 10:30 am Hulman Center The African American Cultural Center will be recognizing students who have achieved a high grade point average for the previous academic year. University Art Gallery 11:00 am 4:00 pm Richard G. Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts Through its innovative exhibitions and programs, UAG seeks to promote scholarship, inspire creative excellence, and deepen an understanding of the visual arts. Enjoy professional, faculty, and student work all in their turn. Sycamore Football - Wear Your Blue and White! 1:05 pm Memorial Stadium (Corner of Brown and Wabash Avenues) For $5.00 per family member (ages 2 and under- no charge) you will receive admission to the football game and a small spirit item. Spirit items are while supplies last. Please note that ISU students will attend the game at no charge by showing their Sycamore ID card. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Locust Street, Wabash Avenue or Ohio Boulevard to Brown Avenue PARKING: There is not reserved parking for Family Day. Please follow the signage to park off of Locust Street or 34th Street. Please note there is a fair amount of walking from parking lot to stadium. STADIUM: There are several steps to climb to sit in bleachers. SEATING: The tickets are for general seating not reserved. Accommodations for those in wheelchairs are located in the east end zone and a small area by the bleachers. University Honors Program Open House and Pre Symphony Reception 5:30-7:30 pm Pickerl Hall Visit with the staff and faculty of the University Honors Program. Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra 7:30 pm Tilson Auditorium Teenager Elliot Wuu is rocketing to stardom, having already won several major competitions. He joins the THSO to perform the difficult Paganini Variations and Mozart s Twinkle Variations. Other surprises await on this star-studded evening! Tickets are available for purchase. Adults $15 and Children $5 ISU students will be able to attend at no charge just by reserving a seat in advance. Sunday, November 5 Sycamore Basketball 2:00 pm Hulman Center Watch an exhibition game between our Sycamores and Illinois-Springfield University.
