3 TEENAGER AND ADULT COURSES FROM JUNE 24 TO AUGUST 16, 2019 AQUAFIT AQUAJOGGING SWIMMING STYLES Gentle exercises for an aerobic workout and to improve muscle tone, followed by a period of muscle stretching and relaxation. The course is held in the shallow end of the pool. Group A Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. Group B Thursday from 10:30 a.m. Group C Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Takes place in deep water using a speciallydesigned buoyancy belt. This course provides cardiovascular training without putting weight on the joints, and is suitable for both beginners and advanced. Group A Monday from 10:30 a.m. Group B Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. Group C Friday from 10:30 a.m. The program is designed to improve the swimming styles chosen by the swimmers in conjunction with the water safety monitor, while allowing them to increase their distance and efficiency. Owners Non-residents Non-residents $ 30 $ 35 $ 35 Replacement key $ 10 TENNIS COURT RULES TENNIS The tennis courts, located at the Goyette-Hill Park, are accessible from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the summer from April 15 to October 31. You must have a key to get into the courts. You can get a key any time after April 15, 2019, by requesting it either online (see instructions) or in person, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 11 Principale S. There is an unlimited number of keys. Only one tennis court is available for reservation. The second tennis court is available at all times without reserving. Play time is 60 minutes and starts on the hour (e.g. 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m.). A player may only play for a period of 60 minutes at a time, but can continue to play as long as the tennis court is vacant until the next period or until another player shows up. At all times, players must demonstrate civic spirit, sportsmanship and courtesy to avoid conflict.

STEP 1 REGISTRATION IN PERSON Go to the Sutton s website, sutton.ca/en, to the Living Sutton section, Recreation and Sports and select: Day Camp Register Online - Day Camp Follow the instructions on the website to complete the online registration.. MONDAY, APRIL FROM 9 A.M. TO 11:30 A.M. At the Sutton Town Hall, 11 Principale S., Sutton Bring proof of residence, the parent s social insurance number (for the RL-24 slip), your child s medicare and expiry date, and payment for the activity. SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, AT THE MUNICIPAL DAY CAMP REGISTRATION APRIL 15 - MAY 10, 2019 This service is only offered to children who live in Sutton, have special needs, and require extra support. The support program is available to help children with special needs so they can be included in the regular Municipal Day Camp program. ROLE OF THE SUPPORT PERSON Adapt the day s activities to the child s abilities so that the child can be included. Ensure the safety and well-being of children with special needs attending the Day Camp. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE SUPPORT PROGRAM Children between the ages of 5 and12 (Age 5: Kindergarten completed in June 2019; Age 12: 6 th Grade completed in June 2019) whose parents or legal guardian reside in Sutton, and who have physical or psychological limitations Be registered for the Municipal Day Camp program Have completed the Support Program Registration Form by May 10, 2019 (participant profile, recommendation from the referring party, consent to access the information file). TERMS The application must be completed and ed to the Recreation and Community Life Department at: j.haman@sutton.ca by May 10, Each application will be evaluated individually and the number of places may be limited. For the curious to the dedicated ornithologist, these hikes are destined for all levels of bird lovers! Bring your binoculars and your field guide (if you have one) and come join us on the PENS trails to welcome the birds arriving from the South. The outings are on Saturdays, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and finishing around noon. 6 OTHER SUMMER CAMPS IN SUTTON SPACES LIMITED PERFORMING ARTS WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS 7 TO 14 YEARS Two creative workshops (two weeks each) in the performing arts: singing, dancing, theater and crafts for children aged 7 to 12 years and 12 to 14 years. Activity produced by Espace Sutton and directed by two recognized artists and performing arts teachers: Gabriela Asselin and Eaudrey Camirand. Content of workshops adapted to the ages and interests of participants: basic techniques of creative exploration into different aspects of the theater arts culminating in the creation of an original work to be presented to parents and the public.
