2 REGISTRATION DETAILS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION About the 60th MidWinter Conference Over 300 osteopathic physicians from across Texas will gather at this Conference for: Continuing Medical Education Networking Exploring new ideas, products and services for the medical office The TOMA MidWinter Conference attracts dedicated osteopathic and allopathic professionals deeply committed to enhancing patient care and medical practice management through the continuing education process. Attendee Profile Practicing physicians (private practice and hospital-based), office managers, residents, medical students, osteopathic professional leadership,vendors and suppliers to those in the medical field. Grievance Policy: The Program Chair will handle minor complaints unrelated to the education or financial aspects of the meeting. If the Program Chair is unable to resolve the problem, the complaint will be referred to the TOMA Board of Trustees in writing, and be acted upon within 30 days, with a report being submitted to the Program Chair.
