For campus tours or other activities on your own, island casual and comfortable shoes is the order of the day. CHILD CARE SERVICES No scheduled child care is provided during Homecoming weekend. CAMPUS INFORMATION Campus maps will be available at the UTMB Homecoming registration desk located at. The UTMB Alumni Field House is located on Holiday Drive, and is open to alumni returning for Homecoming. Please show your 2018 Homecoming nametag to the attendant. A $5 guest fee will apply to each visit. On Friday, October 19, the UTMB Campus Store, located on the ground floor of the Moody Medical Library, will be open from 9 a.m. 5 p.m. On Saturday, October 20, the Campus Store will be open from 2:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m. CANCELLATION POLICY All fees can be refunded up to September 18, After that date, your pre-paid charges for reunion dinners cannot be refunded. Reservations are on a firstcome, first-served basis and must be received by September 18, After that date, hotel rooms and/or the special UTMB Homecoming contracted rates cannot be guaranteed.
