4 OEF Transition LL Support Plan Goal: Provide access to historical data for planning, and process for collection of observations, issues and best practices during execution of OEF redeployment and transition Plan: Provide central location in JLLIS for historical data compiled Provide capability for collection leverage existing LL Conduct a three-phased study of transition efforts in Afghanistan. Identify issues for joint resolution and address in the JLLP. Proposed way ahead: DJ7 to COMISAF describing support plan to gain concurrence and input Establish Community of Practice within JLLIS as central repository of historic information and data collected during execution JCOA conducts study efforts as required JLLPB monitors submissions, places calls for issues as required, identifies joint issues, and incorporates issues into the JLLP as needed.
