Verifying documents before payment is done Approval of payment vouchers

4 Budgetary Control and approval of expenditure committee(aie) Verifying of data before posting to Accpac Accounting software Ensuring PAYE payment is made in time and correctly Preparation of the casuals wages payroll on monthly basis Examine all the SMU petty cash before recoupment is done Approving the SMU LPOs Responding to audit queries from both internal and external.
