This is a temporary position where individuals will be engaged to scan medical records in various provider offices for up to three months. This is a project related position and applicants must be able to commit to the project for 4-12 weeks. Applicants must be available to be scheduled Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Training and equipment will be provided. Compensation is hourly and varies based on project. Competitive reimbursements for drive time and mileage are available. There is also opportunity to earn a $25.00 per week bonus. Responsibilities:

3 Travel to and from medical offices arriving on time, prepared to work and in professional appearance Scan medical charts at various medical facilities using company provided equipment. Upload scanned medical charts to our corporate data center using your high-speed internet connection Qualifications Professional Must have an extensive knowledge of medical records and terminology Must have proficient computer skills and be capable of utilizing various EMR systems Must have the ability to work independently Must dress and act in a professional manner Must have strong communication & organizational skills Must comply with all aspects of CIOX Health/Enterprise Consulting Solutions code of conduct including but not limited to Compliance with the Law and Regulations, Security Policies and Practices, Honesty and Fairness, Diversity and Respect, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality, Health Care Fraud, Waste and Abuse. Technical Must have in home high speed wireless internet and a functioning printer Must have a functioning personal computer Must have the ability to maneuver a 45lb equipment case in and out of your personal vehicle Must have reliable transportation (capable of traveling up to a minimum of 50 miles one way per day) Experience in any of the following positions are a plus: RNs Medical Billing LPNs Medical Administration Medical Coder Clinical Coding Specialist Nursing Assistant Clinical Care Coordinator Nurse Technician Admissions Personnel Patient Service Clerk Direct Care Specialist Medical Assistant Mental Health Counselor Health Information Specialist/Tech Chiropractic Assistant Medical Records Clerk Hiring Process: complete turnaround from web application to first assignment is 2 weeks. Initial Qualification: Clean background, including clean driving record, 6-12 months of medical records

4 Qualifications/ Must haves: Drivers license, insurance in own name, personal vehicle, clean driving record: must be willing to drive 50+ miles in one direction. High speed internet, home PC, printer, and cell phone. Step #1 Qualification Process: Internet Upload and Download Speed Test o Speakeasy.net o Minimum of.75/2 Mbps Step #2 Web Application Process: Pre-Qualification Application and Profile Set Up o Via Web Browser o Internet Upload and Download Speed Test Web Application o Via ed Hyperlink o If no hyperlink is sent, grad has not been qualified. Step #3 Mock Interview Process: Send graduate information in the appropriate format to the Mock Interview Specialist Send graduate the CIOX Health/Enterprise Consulting Solutions Information Packet located in the P: Drive All Mock Interviews should be completed within hours after the web application has been submitted. Step #4 Interview Process: All interviews are conducted over the phone and are minutes long. A decision is made during the phone interview. Step #5 Onboarding Process: Background check and Drug Screening Authorization Form o Sent within 24 hours after offer of employment o To be completed within 24 hours Drug Screening Passport o Sent Immediately after Authorization is received o To be completed within 24 hours New Hire Packet o I-9 and W4 Forms Driver s License Proof of Insurance
