The Students wh are admitted t this mdule are prvided an rientatin fcused n crss-cultural cmmunicatin and shall participate in the mdule II f this prgram. Students must als cmplete a cmprehensive set f readings prir t their cnsulting assignments. Students will be put in grups where the faculty and tutr frm the cmpany will meet each team in persn t discuss their prgress thrughut the perid. The faculty will advise students n any issues arising at team level r at cmpany level. Finally each grup will give a presentatin befre the cmpany representative. Issue Based Prblem Slving is a technique used by mst majr cnsulting firms. Students use the tl t identify key issues the firm is facing and decmpse the key questin int finer sub-questins which can be answered using analytical tls.
