Cnsultants must enter all parties and rders int OllieNet via Vantel Pearls n-line rder prcessing mdule. When parties and rders are received and verified by the Hme Office, they are changed t Psted status. Parties and Orders that are psted by Thursday will be paid in the fllwing week s payrll. Active Cnsultant An Active Cnsultant is ne wh has submitted $500 r mre Persnal Ttal Sales Vlume (TSV) ver a tw mnth rlling perid. Cmmissinable Vlume (CV): All Jewelry Retail Sales are cmmissinable. Cmpressin: Cmpressin is a Vantel Pearls Career Plan feature designed t insure that qualifying upline Leaders receive the maximum pssible dwnline level verrides based upn dwnline perfrmance. Cmpressin ccurs when the plan autmatically mves a lwer dwnline level Qualified Leader up int a higher dwnline level psitin (if a higher dwnline Leader in that dwnline leg des nt qualify) s that the qualifying upline Leader receives the highest pssible verride payment based n their perfrmance. Example: 1. If yu have a Leader in a dwnline/leg, that Leader will cmpress t a Level 1 Leader fr prmtin and maintenance qualificatins nly. Yu earn verride n their actual pay level. 2. If yu have a Level 1 Leader wh fails t qualify as a Leader and there is a Leader in the same dwnline/leg, that Leader will cmpress t a Level 1 Leader fr prmtin and maintenance qualificatins nly. Yu earn verride n their actual pay level. Dwnline Cnsultants wh are persnally spnsred by a Cnsultant and her team f Cnsultants are referred t as a Dwnline r preferably Success Line. First Level, Secnd Level, etc. When yu persnally spnsr a Cnsultant, they are yur first level. Cnsultants spnsred by yur first level are in yur secnd level, etc. 11
12 Inactive Cnsultant An Inactive Cnsultant is ne wh has submitted less than $500 in Persnal TSV ver tw rlling mnths. After 3 mnths f inactivity, Oysters must be returned t the Hme Office. Leave f Absence: Cnsultant Leave: Vantel Pearls allws all Cnsultants a tw mnth Leave f Absence. A Leave f Absence must be requested in writing and must be apprved by the Vantel Pearls Hme Office 10 days prir t the Leave. Vantel Pearls reserves the right t accept r deny a Leave f Absence and ask fr a temprary Oyster Recall. New Recruit A New Recruit is an individual wh has cmpleted a Vantel Pearls Applicatin and Bking Reprt, has accepted the Vantel Pearls Cnsultant Agreement, Plicies and Prcedures and, has a valid credit card n file, and purchased a Vantel Pearls Cnsultant Starter kit. A Recruit is cnsidered an Active Recruit if their Start date/applicatin date is within the current calendar mnth r has $500 r mre in persnal TSV within the last tw calendar mnths Override: A sales cmmissin paid n the mnthly CV (Jewelry Sales) submitted by yu and Cnsultants spnsred by yu and thers in yur pay level team each mnth yu achieve yur Title requirements. OllieNet: OllieNet is Vantel Pearls secured n-line rder entry, inventry, cmmissins, and sales prprietary sftware reprting tl. Persnally Spnsred Active Cnsultant A Persnally Spnsred Active Cnsultant is anyne yu persnally brught int the business wh submits $500 r mre in persnal Ttal Sales Vlume (TSV) ver a tw mnth rlling perid. Qualified Leader A Qualified Leader is ne wh has 3 Persnally Spnsred Active Cnsultants and wh has submitted at least $1,000 Mnthly Persnal Ttal Sales Vlume and met the minimum Mnthly Team Sales requirement f $4,000. Rll Up If yur Persnally Spnsred Cnsultant r Persnally Spnsred Leader leaves the business, their dwnline will rll up t the next level, but will NOT cunt as a Persnally Spnsred Cnsultant. Title Maintenance: Yur Title is based upn yur highest Paid As Rank. Yur Title will be maintained as lng as all qualificatins fr the Title are met. If yur Paid As Title has nt been maintained fr 4 cnsecutive mnths, yur title will be adjusted t the actual perfrmance level Title yu achieve in the 5 th mnth. Prmtins t the next Title can always ccur in real time, based upn achieving qualificatins f that Title in the given mnth. Ttal Sales Vlume (TSV): Ttal Sales Vlume is the cmbinatin f all rders submitted n OllieNet. All cntests, bnuses and rewards are based n this amunt.
