1 Funds within the Marshfield Area Community Foundation Within the Foundation are more than 163 active funds each established, named, and custom designed by its donors. Their sizes and purposes differ, but all share the primary focus of bettering lives in the Marshfield area. ACE Academy Fund 2007 This is a project specific fund whose purpose is to hold funds for the maintenance or programs of the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Academy facility, which is part of the School District of Marshfield, serving students in grades in a unique partnership with area construction businesses. J. P. Adler Community Improvement Fund 2008 This fund was established to provide our community with a source of funding for brick and mortar projects by Bette Adler in memory of her father. Anne V. Adler Nursing Scholarship Fund 2010 This scholarship fund was established for nursing students who have graduated from UW-Marshfield/Wood County or from the associate degree nursing program at Mid- State Technical College and is pursuing a nursing degree in Marshfield. Rosamund Victoria Bille Adler Scholarship Fund for Lawrence University 2002 This fund was established by Anne and Bette Adler and named after their mother. It provides scholarships to female students enrolled in the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music. Altrusa International of Marshfield Scholarship Fund 2006 This fund began life as an acorn fund in Altrusa awarded its first scholarship in This scholarship supports a non-traditional student. Sarah Grace & Emma Louise Anderson Memorial Dance Scholarship Fund 2004 Created in memory of sisters Sarah and Emma, this donor advised scholarship fund benefits students of dance. Anonymous Donor advised Fund 2015 This fund was established to anonymously support non-profits in the Marshfield area. Binning Children and Fire Safety 2008 This fund will be fulfilled through the bequest of Bernard & Marcie Binning and is designed to benefit the Juvenile Firesetters Program of the Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department by providing funds for the purchase of teaching aids and materials.

2 Blanchard AP Scholarship Fund 2014 Established by Derek Blanchard to provide scholarship for AP tests. James Francis Bokern Memorial Fund 2007 This scholarship fund is designed to benefit youth scouting by providing scholarships for the Samoset Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Bradle Memorial Scholarship Fund 2014 This fund was established in memory of Kathy Bradle to give scholarships to graduating senior high school students who will be pursing higher education in the theatre arts. Chris Boyer Memorial Fund 2006 In memory of Chris (Sporty) Boyer, this donor advised fund will support efforts to emphasize awareness of depression and suicide. James Brasington Theater Scholarship Fund 2005 The Brasington Fund was established as a memorial to James who died in a car accident in April of Scholarships will be awarded to students from the area majoring in the theater arts. James L. Brost Memorial Scholarship 2017 Jim Brost believed in the value of service and was a generous supporter of the Gilman, Wisconsin community. Each year scholarships are awarded to senior male and female athletes who have community service experience. Bill Burnham Scholarship Fund 2005 The Bill Burnham memorial fund will provide scholarships to graduates of Marshfield High School who have overcome a challenge or difficulty in completing their high school education. Grace A. Caliebe Scholarship Fund 2010 Established as a bequest of Grace A. Caliebe, this scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Greenwood High School. Central Chamber Chorale Fund 2003 This fund sustains the performances of the Chorale. Central Wisconsin Cheesemakers and Buttermakers Association Scholarship 2010 This scholarship benefits two students annually who are pursuing a degree in dairy science or food science. Chestnut Center for the Arts Fund 2014 This fund was established to provide support for the Chestnut Center for the Arts. Harry and Gladys Chronquist Family Scholarship Fund 1999

3 Established as a bequest of Gladys Chronquist, this scholarship fund benefits graduates of Marshfield High School. Cole Family Music Fund 2016 Carla Cole Stebbins established the Cole Family Music Fund to honor her family's contribution to the music within the Marshfield community. The fund was established to support music programs and musical organizations within the Marshfield area. Community Grants Fund 2006 Established by Dennis and Roberta DeVetter, this designated fund s sole purpose is to support the Foundation s Community Grants program. Community Square Fund 2016 This fund was established in 2016 by the city of Marshfield to hold gifts for the Community Square project. When completed the new park will have a splash pad, stage, and central area. Catholic Area Church Parish Fund 2006 This designated fund is designed to help support the missions and operations of the Corpus Christi Parish of Bakerville and the Sacred Heart Parish of Marshfield

Stanley and Violet Custer Marshfield Historic Preservation Association Fund 2000 A designated fund established in the will of Stanley & Violet Custer that supports the work of the Marshfield Historic Preservation Association. G. Stanley and Violet Custer Palm Sunday Concert Choir Fund 2000 This is designated fund is specifically intended to be used to help pay for the choir s music scores, guest conductors, instrumentalists and supplies. Drug Abuse Prevention Fund 2013 This fund was established to help support the Marshfield Coalition of Youth s efforts in preventing drug abuse, especially heroin. Ed and Debra Englehart Donor Advised Fund 2014 This fund was established by Ed and Deb to serve their charitable purposes. Felhofer Memorial Scholarship 2014 This fund was established by the Felhofer family to support a student pursing a nursing education. Fore Bill: Bill Allen Memorial Scholarship 2008 This fund was established by Mrs. Patricia Allen and the Fore Bill Memorial Celebration as a memorial to Bill Allen and his community service. Forever Fund 2004 This fund is used to support both the day to day needs of Marshfield Area Community Foundation and the Community Grants. Frautschy-Fredrick Legion Baseball Scholarship Fund 2006 Applicants for this scholarship must have played baseball for the Post 54 American Legion baseball team. It is named after long-time supporters of American Legion baseball and supporters of a previous scholarship program. Goodwill Industries NCW Opportunity Fund 2006 A donor advised fund, this fund is designed to benefit the regional Goodwill s outreach to the community. Hackman Field Fund 1999 A project specific fund, this fund was created by Marsh-21 to help build a baseball stadium at the new ballpark at Second Street and Oak, now named Jack Hackman Field. Hamus Nature Preserve & Recreation Area Fund 2005 This fund began as a community supported project specific fund that helped defray the

5 costs of infrastructure development and amenities for a new public park on Marshfield s north side. In 2010 this fund became a designated fund. Hamus Wildwood zoological Society Fund 2015 Floyd and Pat Hamus established this fund to enhance the work the Wildwood Zoological Society is doing at the Wildwood Zoo. Handicap Accessibility Fund 2013 Was created by MACF in response to a growing need for help in modifying homes to become handicap accessible. Marilyn Hardacre Fund 1997 This is scholarship fund has two beneficiaries: 1) A graduate of Marshfield High School who has participated in a School-to-Work program; 2) Graduates of Columbus High School and/or Marshfield High School pursuing a field of study in political science or public administration. Hardacre Park Refresh and Renew Fund 2016 Provide maintenance for Hardacre Park murals and other special touches. Marilyn Hardacre Park Events and Promotion Fund 2016 Provide funding for entertainment through Main Street AMrshfield at the new Hardacre Park venue. John Harrington Fund 2015 Established by John Harrington to support local charities Leonard E. Hartl Fund 1995 This designated fund assists with operating costs of St. Mary s Catholic Church of Auburndale. Margaret Quirt Heck Chapter AJ PEO Fund for Scholarship 1997 This scholarship fund was created in Margie Heck s memory as a source for additional funds supporting Chapter AJ s Program for Continuing Education candidates. Jerry and Rita Heinzen and Family Fund 1998 This donor advised fund has been particularly supportive of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation s Community Grants program. Bill and Sue Heiting Donor Advised Fund 2011 This donor advised fund was created to help with emerging needs in our community. Melvin A. Hintz Columbus Catholic High School Biology Fund 2000 A designated fund established in the will of Mr. Hintz, this fund helps pay for the purchase of supplies, materials, and equipment for the biology department of Columbus Catholic High School.

6 Melvin A. Hintz Columbus High School Scholarship Fund 2000 This scholarship fund helps pay tuition costs for students attending Columbus Catholic High School. Melvin A. Hintz St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish Fund 2000 A designated fund helps to defray general expenses of St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in Marshfield. Immanuel Lutheran School Fund 2000 This donor advised fund was established by anonymous donors whose initial intent was to support the school s technology education curriculum and defray the costs of a remodeling program. John J. Irvine Scholarship Fund 2004 Created in memory of her husband by Beryl Irvine and family, scholarships are awarded to Marshfield High School graduates with financial need. Jewell Educational Scholarship Fund 1998 This fund existed as an independent trust for some time before finding a home with the Marshfield Area Community Foundation in Jewell scholarships are awarded to Marshfield High School students attending UW-Marshfield/Wood County with priority given to students majoring in business/economics. Gina Del Fatti Johnson and Class of 1992 Scholarship 2014 This fund was establish by the family, friends, and classmates of Gina Del Fatti Johnson to provide a scholarship to local students. Bobbi Karlen Memorial Scholarship 2012 This scholarship fund was established by Denny Karlen and the staff at Marshfield High School in memory of Bobbi Karlen. This scholarship is intended for a graduating senior or Marshfield High School alum that is enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited college and pursuing a degree in math or a math related field. Ted J. Ketterl Scholarship Fund 2004 Established in memory of Ted Ketterl, a long-time physics and chemistry teacher at Marshfield High School, this donor-advised scholarship fund provides scholarships to graduates of MHS who have demonstrated academic excellence in the sciences. Margaret B. King Habitat for Humanity Fund 2006 Established by Margaret B. King, this designated fund benefits partner families through the purchase of building materials and/or real estate for the construction of single family residences constructed by the Marshfield Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc.

7 Dorothy and Alex B. Knox Fund 1998 Grants from this scholarship fund are awarded to graduates of Marshfield High School. Recipients may attend any certified post-secondary institution and may pursue any field of study. LaVerne R. Kohs Memorial Scholarship Fund 1999 The Kohs Scholarships are renewable, full tuition scholarships for several students attending UW Marshfield/Wood County, with preference given to students intending to enter the health care field. Kroll Designated Fund 2014 Mr. and Mrs. Kroll established this fund to benefit OLP Church. Milton A. Krom Scholarship Fund 2004 Graduates of Owen-Withee High School are eligible for Krom Scholarships, with preference given to students pursuing a career in pharmacy. Kruse Family Scholarship Fund 2001 Established by Tom and Mary (Kruse) Karau, scholarships from the Kruse Fund are awarded to students graduating from Turkey Valley Community School in Jackson Junction, Iowa. Daniel Kummer Memorial Scholarship Fund 2016 Established by family and friends of Daniel Kummer to help others with a passion for videography or broadcasting attend higher education. Joseph A. Lang Fund 1993 This donor advised fund helps a broad range of community causes recommended by the family of the original donor, Joe Lang. Mr. Lang was among the founders of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation. Elma J. Lanterman Endowment Fund 2003 Established as a bequest, this fund provides grants to the University Center Foundation for the benefit of the UW-Marshfield/Wood County Center Campus Community Players. Norbert and Joan LaSee Scholarship Fund 1998 Graduates of both Columbus and Marshfield High Schools are eligible to apply for LaSee scholarships. Preference is given to students showing interest in pursuing study in agriculture, English, science, or home economics. H.G. Pete and Patrice LeGrand Fund 1996 Recipients of scholarships from the LeGrand Fund are post high school students who are 1) pursuing academic or vocational training, or 2) having been in the work force, are attempting to better their career standing or change careers by pursuing an academic or trade degree.

8 Tom and Amber Leifheit Donor Advised Fund 2012 Established by Tom and Amber Leifheit to support local charities. Peter and Ellen Leick Donor Advised Fund 2013 Established by Peter and Ellen Leick to support local charities. J.P. and Dr. Margaret Ives Leonard Fund 1994 Margaret Leonard, a long time teacher at U.W. Marshfield/Wood County, established this designated fund in memory of her husband. Grants from the fund support U.W. Marshfield s chemistry department. Dr. Russell F. Lewis Athletic Scholarship 2011 Established in memory of Dr. Russell F. Lewis, this scholarship will be awarded to two student athletes from Marshfield Senior High School. Lucille Tack Center for the Arts Fund 2005 This donor advised fund will provide ongoing support for the operation and programs of the LuCille Tack Center in Spencer. Verna Lueck Scholarship Fund 2012 This scholarship fund was established by Verna Lueck to provide a scholarship for a graduating student of Marshfield Senior High School who intends to become a primary school teacher. David L. MacArthur Memorial Scholarship Fund 2007 This scholarship benefits graduating students from Marshfield High School and Colby High School. At least one scholarship is awarded at each school, with preference given to applicants who were involved in the high school basketball program at their schools and/or applicants expressing an intention to pursue a program of study toward a degree in physical education or other sports related field. Dr. George E. MacKinnon Memorial Scholarship Fund 1997 MacKinnon Scholarships are awarded to graduates of Prentice High School. Dr. MacKinnon was a family physician serving the Prentice area from Marsh-21, Inc. Fund 1996 The Marsh-21 Fund is a donor advised fund that helped build the soccer fields at Griese Park. Current grants from the fund are being used to further develop and maintain Griese Park. Marshfield Area Baseball Association Fund 2013 The Marshfield Area Baseball Association created a fund to help support baseball in the Marshfield area. Marshfield Area Coalition for Youth 2011

9 This project specific fund will be used for various Youth Initiative projects. Marshfield Area Friends of the Trails Fund 2004 This is a donor advised fund providing grants to improve recreational trails in and around Marshfield. Marshfield Area Kids Enrichment Fund 2011 Established as a project specific fund to provide enrichment opportunities to students throughout the Marshfield area. Marshfield Area Pet Shelter Capital Improvement Fund 2014 This project specific fund was established to raise money for building a pet shelter here in Marshfield. Marshfield Area YMCA Fund 1994 A donor advised fund, proceeds from this endowment serve to support our community s YMCA. Marshfield Dog Park Fund 2007 A project specific fund, the Marshfield Dog Park Fund benefits efforts to construct and maintain a dog park in Marshfield, which is overseen by the organization Friends of the Marshfield Dog Park. Membership in the organization is open to any resident of the Marshfield area. Marshfield Education Foundation 2015 This fund was established by the Marshfield School Board to support the Marshfield School District. Marshfield Education Fund 1997 A donor advised fund established by Frances Bohon, the Marshfield Education Fund is intended to help support educational efforts of the School District of Marshfield. Marshfield High School Alumni Fund 2001 Established by the MHS class of 1954, this designated fund supports excellence in teaching in the Marshfield Schools by helping to develop or implement innovative learning opportunities. Marshfield High School Student Council Partnership Fund 2014 The Marshfield High School Student Council created a fund in partnership with MACF to help fund student needs at MHS. Marshfield High School Troy Schmitt Scholarship Fund 2011 Created by co-workers and students of Troy Schmitt, who was a Government teacher at Marshfield High School, this fund will provide a scholarship to a graduating senior. The recipient will have demonstrated a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor that

10 brightens the environment around him/her, has respect for peers and teachers, and may have an interest in majoring in education and/or government. Marshfield History Project Fund 1997 Initially established with the Marshfield Area Chamber Foundation as the Marshfield History Project, the original fund made possible the publication of the Marshfield History Book. It became an unrestricted fund when transferred to the Marshfield Area Community Foundation in 1997 and now supports Community Grants and the Foundation s operating expenses. Marshfield Library and Community Center Project 2012 This project specific fund will be used to fund the new library and community center project here in Marshfield. Marshfield Lions Club, Edward W. Heller Memorial Scholarship Fund 1998 Originally established as an independent trust in 1990, the Heller Fund was converted to a Community Foundation Fund in Scholarships are awarded to students from the Marshfield area: 1) entering their junior or senior years of undergraduate school majoring in one or more of the communication arts, with special consideration to those majoring in journalism; and/or 2) post-graduate students majoring in journalism. Marshfield Outdoor Learning Sanctuary Fund 2009 This project specific fund supports an outdoor learning environment at Marshfield High School which fosters experiential learning opportunities. Marshfield Schools Athletic Fund 2002 This donor-advised fund will provide a permanent endowment to provide supplementary support for the athletic programs of the Marshfield Public Schools. Marshfield Area Students Fund 2012 This fund was established by the MACF Board of Trustees in response to a growing need in the community, to provide the items all students need to be successful. These items may include school supplies, clothes, or warm clothes for our cold winters. Our Keep Kids Warm initiative has sprung out of this program. Marshfield Area Student Fund- Nutrition on Weekends 2014 This fund was established to help the United Way program to provide nutritious meals on weekends to students. Marshfield Sunrise Rotary 2010 This project specific fund was established to further support the Mission of the Marshfield Sunrise Rotary Club. Marshfield Tennis NOW Fund 2005 This fund began as a project specific fund to build a complex of community tennis courts

11 east of Marshfield High School. In 2010, Marshfield Tennis NOW became a donor advised fund to support the on-going cost of the tennis complex. Marshfield Tigers Hockey Blueline Fund 2003 This donor advised fund will provide continuing support for the Hockey program of the Marshfield Schools. MHS Senior Class Scholarship Fund 2006 Established by the class of 2006, as an acorn fund, this fund was converted to a Scholarship fund offering scholarships to graduating seniors from Marshfield High School. Ron and Ellen Maurer Donor Advised Fund 2012 Established by Ron and Ellen Mauer to support local charities. Jeremy Meissner KidZone 2015 Established by Lindsay, Dave, and Tammy Meissner to help education of all children. Miller Park Fund 2003 This fund was established by Marsh-21 as a project specific fund to enhance the youth ballparks adjacent to Hackman Field Bill and Amber Mitten Designated Fund 2014 This donor advised fund was established by Bill and Amber Mitten to support local charities. Bill and Amber Mitten Designated Fund 2014 A designated fund to support the scholarships at Columbus Catholic High School. Richard and Elaine Cliver Memorial Scholarship Fund Established by Bill and Amber Mitten in memory of Richard and Elaine CLiver. Scholarships for Columbus High school. Jacob Navarro Scholarship Fund 2013 This fund was established by family and friends to be used to help students be able to afford the high price of college today. This is designed for a student who loves art and is pursuing an art related major. Earl Nelson Donor Advised Fund 2012 Established by Earl Nelson to support non-profits. Norm-E-Lane Scholarship Fund 2001 This fund was established by the Marshfield FFA Alumni organization. The fund shares the name of Norm and Elaine Meissner s dairy farm. The Meissner family has been and

12 continues to be a leader in supporting agricultural education and activities in Central Wisconsin. North Wood County Historical Governor Upham House Fund 2016 A designated fund was established to benefit the Governor Upham House and activities. Novy Family Marshfield Area Habitat for Humanity Fund 2015 Rebecca and Dennis DeVetter established this fund to support local Habitat activites. Dorothy Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund 2013 Dorothy Olson established this fund as part of her will. She deeply appreciated and supported education and wanted help non-traditional students return to college for an education. Operational Endowment Fund 2010 Established with a matching gift of Anne and Bette Adler, in loving memory of their parents, John P. and Rosa B. Adler, this fund will support the operations of MACF. Many community businesses and individuals have made donations to insure the presence of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation, forever. The Heritage Fund ( 1997) was an unrestricted fund was established with a community fund drive and has the express purpose of helping to meet the administrative goals of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation. The Bob and Margaret Heck Administrative Endowment Fund (1996)was also an unrestricted fund used for administrative and operating expenses of the Marshfield Area Community Foundation. Bothe the Heritage and Heck Funds have become part of the Operational endowment. Opportunity Development Centers, Inc. Fund 2003 The designated fund was established by local donors for the specific and long-term support of the Marshfield ODC program. John & Marjorie O Reilly Memorial Fund 2007 Established by John and Marjorie O Reilly s three daughters, this designated fund provides funding to Mary s Place Boarding House and to Youth Net, a Marshfield Area Youth Development Initiative Program of the Center for Community Outreach, Marshfield Clinic. John & Marjorie O Reilly Scholarship Fund 2007 Established by John and Marjorie O Reilly s three daughters, this scholarship fund provides for renewable scholarships for students enrolled, full-time, as undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County. The amount awarded will be no less than 50%, and no more than 100% of the total tuition fee charged a full-time student. Parechovirus Research and Awareness Fund 2015 This fund was established in 2015 by Bryan and Stacy Weichelt to help research and awareness of the parechovirus after their triplets were diagnosed with the virus.

13 Carol Phillips Education Foundation This fund was set up in memorial to a long time Marshfield School District school board member, Carol Phillips, to establish an education foundation to support the Marshfield School District. Alex and Geraldine Piotrowski Scholarship Fund 2015 Established by Geraldine Piotrowski to provide scholarships for Pittsville High School Seniors Pittsville Education Foundation Fund 2016 This fund was established by the Pittsville School Board to hold gifts for the Pittsville School District. Poehnelt Designated Fund 2015 This fund was established to support St. John s Parish, St. John s Catholic School, and Columbus High School as a legacy fund. Louis J. and Betty Ptacek Scholarship Fund 1996 Recipients of Ptacek scholarships must reside within a 15-mile radius of Marshfield and plan to enroll at Marquette University. Bill & Pat Reigel Fund 2007 This is a donor advised fund whose initial purpose is to fund a new football stadium scoreboard for Columbus Catholic High School. Greg & Sally Rindfleisch Performing Arts Fund 2001 This donor advised fund seeks to provide general support for the performing arts in the Marshfield area. Greg Rindfleisch, with considerable support from his wife Sally, established a thriving university and community theater program in Marshfield. Friends, colleagues, and admirers of the Rindfleisches wanted to honor their important contribution to the community by naming this fund after them. Alec Salamonski 2010 This fund was established by Norbert and Julia Salamonski in memory of their son Alec. This scholarship is for a graduating senior at Marshfield Senior High School pursuing a degree in computer sciences. Paul Schreiner Designated Fund 2013 Created by Paul and Joanne Schreiner to benefit their parish and do scholarships at the Marshfield High School and at Columbus High School. Paul Schreiner Scholarship Fund 2013 Establish a scholarship at the Marshfield High School and Columbus High School. Paul Schreiner Donor Advised Fund 2014 Supports local charities.

14 Kaye Scheuer Memorial Scholarship Fund 2003 Recipients of Kay Scheuer scholarships are Marshfield High School graduates who have lettered in a varsity sport. Mick Schier Memorial Fund 2004 Created as a memorial to the revered local pilot and instructor, scholarships will be granted to students pursuing their pilots licenses. Bette Schloesser Youth Net Fund 2003 The Bette Schloesser Fund supports Youth Net, a Marshfield area youth development initiative program of the Center for Community Outreach, Marshfield Clinic. Melvin H. & Ruth J. Schmidt Scholarship Fund 2007 Established by Ruth J. Schmidt, this fund provides a potentially renewable scholarship for a graduating student, or a past graduate, of Stratford High School who has expressed the intention of pursuing a degree in a health-related field. Troy Schmitt Memorial Scholarship Fund 2010 Established in Troy Schmitt s memory by his wife Ann and their five children, Sam, Alex, Henry, Eli and Annamarie, awarded to a graduating senior from Marshfield High School and Colby High School. Senior Citizen s Endowment Fund 1999 This field of interest fund was established as a bequest of Gladys Chronquist and is intended to serve as a vehicle to benefit senior citizens of the Marshfield area. Kim Shupe Memorial Fund 1998 This is a scholarship fund for graduates of Marshfield High School. Kim was a 1991 graduate of Marshfield High School who was working with Alaska Children s Services at the time of her death in D. Dale & Mary Jane Seif Scholarship Fund 2013 This fund was established through the bequest of Dale & Mary Jane Seif, the fund will award a scholarship to a graduating senior at Neillsville High School pursuing a degree in agriculture. Sister Cities Fund 2001 This Fund will provide ongoing support for the Sister Cities partnership between Marshfield and Jauregui/Lujan, Argentina. Jerry & Carol Spindler Fund 2006 Established by Jerry and Carol Spindler, the initial purpose of this donor advised fund was to support local non-profits.

15 Spindler Scholarship Fund 2012 This fund was established by Jerry and Carol Spindler for a senior graduating from Auburndale, Marshfield or Stratford High School. The scholarship offers assistance to a full-time student pursuing a degree in agriculture or an agriculture related field. Staab Construction Scholarship Fund 2006 This scholarship will benefit students from the Marshfield area who are pursuing education in a construction related field. Stock the Shelves 2010 This project specific fund was established by the Marshfield News Herald as a way to collect funds in support of local food banks. Swanson was an English teacher for many years at Marshfield Senior High School. Established in her bequest, Mrs. Swanson s fund provides scholarships annually to two or more Senior High graduates intending to enter the field of education. Tiny Tiger Intergenerational Learning Center/Human Service Academy Fund 2001 This project specific fund will help build a child study laboratory and day care center at Marshfield High School. It is to be designed as a laboratory/clinical site primarily for Marshfield High School students preparing for careers in child care. United Way Endowment Fund 1999 This designated fund will support the Marshfield Area United Way in partial fulfillment of its mission. Dr. Roger Van Der Vorste Fund 2001 Named in his memory, the family of local dentist Dr. Van Der Vorste established this scholarship fund to benefit students planning to enter the field of dentistry or dental hygiene. Gordon and Faith Vine Scholarship 2012 Established by the Vine family to support further education of a Neillsville High School student. David Wagner Memorial Scholarship Fund 2007 This scholarship fund was established by Darlene Wagner, in memory of her husband. It provides opportunities for educational growth for area youth in the form of renewable scholarships for graduating or former graduates of Marshfield High School.

16 Weber Family Fund 1994 This fund, established by Mary Pat (Weber) Swamy, is both a designated and an unrestricted fund. The designated half of the proceeds benefits the Personal Development Center. The other half benefits the Foundation s Community Grants program. Russell Wenzel 2010 This fund will be fulfilled through the pending bequest of the late Russell Wenzel. The fund will support the Marshfield Parks. Wildwood Zoo Capital Improvement Fund 2013 This fund was established to support a Capital improvements at Wildwood Zoo, including a new grizzly bear enclosure. Foster Will Scholarship Fund 2013 A scholarship to support students from Owen-Withee High School pursue further education. Winter Wonderland-Rotary Foundation 2011 This Donor Advised Fund was established by Rotary of Marshfield with the help of generous donations of the Marshfield Community. It ensures that the Rotary Lights Winter Wonderland will continue every year for the community to enjoy. Jerry R. Witt Scholarship in the Natural Sciences Fund 2002 A 1953 graduate of Marshfield Senior High School, Mr. Witt established this scholarship to benefit Marshfield High School students planning to major in the natural sciences. Women s Giving Circle 2008 This donor advised fund was established to support women and children in the Marshfield Area. Woodland Preservation Fund 1995 Originally a project specific fund, the Woodland Preservation Fund saved from development a natural area on the city s west side. The land was added to the UW Marshfield/Wood County Arboretum. Now a donor advised fund, grants serve to support maintenance and site improvement projects at the Arboretum. YMCA Endowment Fund for Seniors 1999 Established as a bequest of Gladys Chronquist, this designated fund is used to support various programs for senior citizens at the Marshfield YMCA. Zoo Bear Fund 2011 This project specific fund was created by John Lueck to facilitate the acquisition of a bear or bears for the Wildwood Zoo.

Bardet Beidl Syndrome Family Association Fund 2014 A donor advised fund to support children and families with Bardet Beidl Syndrome. Braem Park Disc Golf Fund 2002 This project specific fund helped create a new disc golf course in the wooded area of Braem Park, similar to courses in Wildwood Park and North Wood County Park. Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts Building Fund 2003 The former First Presbyterian Church is now serving a myriad of arts and educational needs. This project specific fund allowed the Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts, Inc. to purchase the building and make necessary improvements. Marshfield Skatepark Fund 2000 Established by the Marshfield Skatepark Committee, this project specific fund helped build the recreational and competitive skateboarding, rollerblading, and BMX biking facility in Braem Park. MHS Sign Fund 2005 The goal of this project specific fund is to build an attractive new sign with electronic message capability for Marshfield High School. Path of Hope 2008 This project specific fund was established to support a Memorial Landscaping project at Hope Lodge. Staab Donor Advised Fund 2002 This is a corporate, donor advised fund that is an important source of support for the annual giving program of Staab Construction Corporation. Joe & Bernadine Weber s Nature Park Fund 2007 This is fund was designed to benefit the existing Joe & Bernadine Weber s Nature Park.

18 Washington Elementary School Fund 2002 This donor-advised fund will provide a permanent endowment to provide supplementary support for the education programs of Marshfield s Washington School. Wood County Veterans Memorial Fund 2005 This project specific fund is a repository for donations that, together with a fund at the Community Foundation of South Wood County, built a memorial for Wood County s veterans. Wildwood Station Project Fund 1998 This project specific fund was established to build a shelter to be used for private and community events within Wildwood Park. Tennis Now 2005 This project specific fund built a community tennis court complex east of Marshfield High School known as Boson Courts. In 2010, Marshfield Tennis NOW became a donor advised fund to support the on-going cost of the tennis complex. Hamus Park 2005 Established by Floyd and Pat Hamus, this project specific fund helped build what is now named Hamus Nature Preserve and Recreational Area. In 2010 the fund became a Donor Advised fund to continue to fund maintenance of the park.
