3 Faculty Andy Ceniceros, MBB, MSRS (R), RDMS, is the executive director clinical operations at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, Arkansas the sixth largest Catholic Healthcare System in North America. Andy is a senior leader with excellent operational skills which he has employed to lead and coach Mercy s Medical Centers through significant transformations and deliver dramatic improvements across a spectrum of healthcare operations. For more than 19 years at Mercy, Andy has held a series of increasingly responsible positions (GE Trained: change agent, master change agent, lean six sigma black belt & lean six sigma master black belt) to ultimately lead and coach Mercy Health System St. Louis in the Lean Performance System. Andy is experienced in process improvement within the following areas of healthcare: administration, emergency department, imaging, laboratory, labor and delivery, clinical nursing, quality, surgery, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, infusion services, clinic offices, business offices, bulk stores, sterile processing, finance, oncology and housekeeping. BJ Himes, vice president of sales and marketing, joined QualChoice in 2005 as a national sales manager and was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing in Her responsibilities include executive oversight for risk business including individual and group as well as administrative services for ASO clients. In addition, she manages agent/broker relationships, new product development and works closely with the Arkansas state and public school employees group program. A native of North Little Rock, BJ received her degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. With more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing, her previous positions in the healthcare industry included three years as a national sales director for HealthSCOPE Benefits, a third party administrator, and more than seven years with CIGNA as new business manager. Jenny Manderino, RN, BSN, MSN, received her associate degree in nursing from Pratt Community College in May 1993, bachelor degree in nursing at Wichita State University in May 1997, and a master s degree in nursing administration from Newman University in December Jenny is responsible for The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation and CMS survey support for VHA members including onsite survey support and pre-survey consulting. Jenny s other responsibilities include VHA program and development coordination, clinical and operational improvement coaching, review and analysis of data, report writing to summarize studies and delivering educational seminars that are focused on new topics in patient care treatment and practices. Jenny brings 21 years of experience to the healthcare leadership industry. Prior to joining VHA, she spent eight years as chief nursing officer in a 69 bed acute care facility in Kansas. Her areas of expertise and professional skills are standards and survey process education and preparation, as well as evaluating organizational accreditation readiness and organizational performance improvement. Among her many achievements, she has knowledge of TJC standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, OSHAS standards and CDC standards. Her clinical experience includes: home health, infection control, medical/surgical, intensive care, emergency medicine, cardiac rehabilitation, nursing education, legal consulting, nursing administration and hospital emergency preparedness. C.W. Siler is the director of rehabilitation services at White County Medical Center (WCMC) in Searcy, Arkansas. A native of White County, he completed both his undergraduate education and professional curriculum at the University of Central Arkansas, graduating with a physical therapy degree in During his 27 year physical rehabilitation career, C.W. has provided both clinical and management services in a diversity of settings including: acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health agencies, long-term care facilities, sports medicine programs and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Prior to his affiliation with WCMC, he was self employed as owner of Delta Rehabilitation Services Inc. C.W. joined the WCMC family as a staff physical therapist in 1999 and became director of rehabilitation services in Today he provides leadership for the occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech language pathology departments in the WCMC acute care and rehabilitation hospitals.

Continuing Education Certificates of attendance for 4.5 education hours will be issued to all registrants attending the entire conference. Cancellation and Refund Policy If cancellations are received after February 27, 50% of the registration fee is refundable. Registrants who cancel the day of the program, or fail to attend, must pay the entire fee. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member, the non-member registration fee will be required. Registrations that are phoned in or faxed are subject to the same cancellation policy. Comfort Level We realize that everyone s comfort level is different. Please bring a jacket/sweater in case the room is too cool for your comfort.
