SCOPE AND RANGE All emplyees at Band 3 are issued with a Natinal incremental Cmpetencies in Healthcare Educatin (NiCHE) Prfile designed t structure the Inductin, Orientatin and Develpment f Health Care Supprt Wrkers. Under the supervisin f an identified, qualified Assessr, the Health Care Supprt Wrker will cmplete all Cmpetencies in a minimum f 6 and a maximum f 9 mnths. Under the supervisin f a Registered Nurse prvide a high quality, safe and supprtive envirnment in rder t care fr patients within the Critical Care envirnment meeting the identified physical and psych-scial needs. Ensure effective day t day management f resurces including supplies, equipment, etc. The pst-hlder will act within the principles f the Divisins Cde f Prfessinal Cnduct fr HCSW. 5. KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Assist patients with activities f daily living. 2. Assist the Registered Nurse and where apprpriate ther members f the Clinical Team t deliver patient care 3. C-perate with and maintain gd relatinships with ther disciplines that are attending and treating patients t maximise patient care. 4.
