2 DEFINING THE FUTURE OF DERMATOLOGY A Message from Our Conference Chair Now heading into our fourteenth successful year, on behalf of the ODAC conference meeting organizers, faculty, and advisors, I am very excited to announce that we are moving to a new location. In 2017, the Orlando Dermatology Aesthetic and Clinical Conference is migrating south to Miami! After 13 memorable years of calling Orlando home, we decided we needed to make the move in light of several motivating factors including improved venue space and services, more direct flight choices from most major US cities and better weather in mid-january. While we re truly excited about the new location we re even more excited about the 2017 ODAC program, promising to deliver a cutting edge, comprehensive, and compelling look at dermatology through the eyes of the physician and the experts striking the perfect balance of medical, surgical and hands-on aesthetic training. In keeping with our core mission of defining the future of dermatology, ODAC will again bring attendees the What s Hot panel discussion. Join us to witness first-hand the next generation of exciting products and equipment, as well as cutting-edge procedures and real world techniques. This will prepare you to better serve patients, and enrich and enhance your overall practice. We will proudly continue our partnership with the Advanced Resident Training and Education (ARTE) scholarship program, welcoming over 150 dermatology residents from across the country. Plus, offering the inaugural board review course. In today s competitive medical climate, successful dermatologists know the importance of staying relevant in our rapidly evolving field. For fourteen years the ODAC educational program has presented progressive medical, surgical, and cosmetic techniques delivered by the foremost thought leaders in dermatology in a highly interactive and impactful way. Join us in Miami in January to build critical skills and help expand your offerings to ensure the continued success of your career and your practice. James Spencer, MD, MS Medical Director Spencer Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center, St. Petersburg, FL 2
