KFSF-DT UniMAS 66, Vallejo, CA. KDTV-CD Univision 28, Santa Rosa, CA. The purpose of this EEO Public File Report ( Report ) is to comply with Section (c)(6) of the FCC s 2002 EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following station(s): KSOL, KVVF, KBRG, KSQL, KVVZ, KDTV- DT, KDTV-CD, KFSF-DT and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of these stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites. The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning August 1, 2016 July 31, 2017 (the Applicable Period ). The FCC s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this Report contain the following information: 1. A list of all full-time vacancies filled by the Station(s) comprising the Station Employment Unit during the Applicable Period; 2. For each such vacancy, the recruitment source(s) utilized to fill the vacancy (including, if applicable, organizations entitled to notification pursuant to Section (c)(1)(ii) of the new EEO Rule, which should be separately identified), identified by name, address, contact person and telephone number; 3. The recruitment source that referred the hire for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable Period; 4. Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for full-time vacancies during the Applicable Period and the total number of interviewees referred by each recruitment source utilized in connection with such vacancies; and 5. A list and brief description of the initiatives undertaken pursuant to Section (c)(2) of the FCC rules. Appendices 1, 2 and 3 which follow have been designed, in the aggregate, to provide the required information. Please note that the numbers listed on Appendix 2 under the column entitled Fulltime Positions for Which This Source Was Utilized refer to the number of the full-time job positions listed on Appendix 1. For purposes of this Report, a vacancy was deemed filled not when the offer was extended but when the hire accepted the job offer. 6 Appendix 3 to Annual EEO Public File Report (August 1, 2016 July 31, 2017) The following sets forth the supplemental outreach conducted by the employment unit during the applicable period: Discussions regarding job descriptions, job requirements, educational requirements, conversations with station staff and job skills were presented to the students during station tours and/or presentations. Kari Swanson, Interim Community Empowerment Representative, along with other departmental Managers, conducted the station and studio tours and discussed careers in the broadcast industry. April 7, 2017, LULAC Youth, San Jose, CA. Chapter, (12) Students and school advisors visited the KDTV studios to learn more about Media jobs, departmental structure, and skills required in order to obtain a job in Media. May 11, 2017, Luis Valdez Leadership Academy, Charter School, East San Jose, CA. (16) Students and Chaperones visited KDTV studios to learn more about Media jobs, department structure and skills required in order to obtain a job in Media. May 31, 2017, Sequoia Middle School, Pleasant Hill, CA. (36) Students and Chaperones visited KDTV studios to learn more about careers in Media, department structure and skills required in order to get a job. June 19, 2017, Girl s Technology Camp by IBM. (20) Middle School aged girls visited KDTV studios to learn about careers in Media, departmental structure and skills required in order to get a job. June 27 28, 2017, Leadership Public Schools, Hayward, CA. (4) High School age students took part in two, four-hour sessions to learn about day-to-day activities at various jobs within Univision. Students spent time with Al Despertar (KDTV s Morning Show); Radio Programming, Production, Sales and News personnel to discuss job duties and their experiences working at Univision. JOB & CAREER FAIRS. OTHER: The stations were participants at University job fairs where Univision representatives supplied information on job openings to attending students. Bret Harte Middle School Career Day, April 12, 2017, Hayward, CA. The purpose of the Career Day is to introduce students about the various fields, and careers that they can pursue in Broadcast Media. Representing Univision was Manuel Cervantes, National Sales Manager. Bakersfield College Career Day, April 26, 2017, Bakersfield, CA. Univision booth at annual career day. Information on careers in the Media industry and what educational requirements are required for various positions within Media. Joseph Abiecunas, Operations Manager represented Univision. 6

7 December 8, 2016, The stations offered Harassment Prevention Training for Managers at the San Jose Facility. Arya Towfighi, SVP, Associate General Counsel provided the training. 7
