Awarded of the ADMEI «2015 Destination Management Professional of the Year», he is deeply involved in the growth of professionalism in the DMC business in Italy and proudly serves the Board of Directors of the Association of Destination Management Executives International. Heather has lived and worked in Italy for over 25 years. She joined +39 after serving in senior positions in major DMC businesses, including Managing Director of AlliedPRA Italy, Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Italy, where she started up and let their Italian DMC operations, and as Director of DMC Newtours. A respected leader in the Italian DMC industry, she is well-known to clients in the United Kingdom, United States and other leading DMC source markets, distinguishing herself by her excellent organizational skills, peerless product knowledge and outstanding client service.
