You can or fax the form to the IDF WDS Daejeon 2018 Organizing Committee Secretariat. 2. Once you receive an invoice, payment can be made to a designated account. 3. Secretariat will send a confirmation once the payment is processed. Deadline Application deadline: July 31, 2018 Payment deadline: Within 15 days after the date on the invoice Payment Information Applications and payments cannot be made by telephone. Receipts will be issued once the payment is processed. All exhibition services and items will be provided after payment is processed. Applicants are responsible for wire transfer or credit card fees. Cancellation Policy In the event of a natural disaster such as typhoon, earthquake, flood, or fire, Organizing Committee may cancel the summit no later than 14 days in advance. In such cases, the application fee will be fully refunded. To cancel the application, you must notify the Secretariat of Organizing Committee in writing. For cancellations before July 31, 2018, 80% of the fee will be refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations after August 31,2018.
