1 WEBSITE EMPANELMENT OF NEWS PAPER ADVERTISING AGENCIES FOR BANK S ADVERTISEMENT IN THE STATE OF KARNATAKA State Bank of India, Local Head Office, No. 65, St. Mark's road, Bangalore invites applications for empanelment of Agencies for giving News Paper Advertisement in the State of Karnataka.. Eligible agencies are requested to take note of the following. 1) This advertisement is given for Empanelment of news paper advertising agencies for Bank s advertisement. The agencies who have done similar work to the Bank in the past will also have to apply for the empanelment. 2) It is essential that the agencies should have skill and knowledge to suit the various requirements of the Bank. Agencies should have permanent office set up in the state of Karnataka, preferably in Bengaluru. Agencies should have valid registration for GSTN, PAN,TAN,EPF, Labour Licence, Policy for workmen compensation, ESIC registration. The Bank reserves the right to : 1. Select or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason there for. The Bank also reserves the right to postpone the process of empanelment due to administrative exigencies. Bank also reserves the right to depanel the agencies if their performance is not found satisfactory. 2. The office of the Agency who fulfill the eligibility criteria shall be inspected by the committee formed by the Bank prior to final empanelment and the decision of the committee as regards to capacity/quality/ workmanship of the works undertaken by the Agencies and suitability to carry-out the works shall be final. If any information furnished by the applicant is found

2 incorrect at a later stage; he shall be liable to be debarred from the tender/ taking up the works. 3. The tenders for the work shall be issued to the empanelled agencies and separate notice inviting tenders will not be published in news paper. The notice inviting tenders will be sent to empanelled agencies by or e- tenders, will be published in Bank's website for empanelled vendors and e-tenders/reverse auction process shall be held on separate e- tendering platform through Bank's approved agencies which shall be limited to empanelled agencies Incomplete applications of the applicants, who do not submit the application indicating valid ID, registration under GST, Income tax PAN, annual turnover for the past 3 years and other registrations as referred above, relevant proof of completion of the work, copies of work order, photograph etc. will be summarily rejected. 5. The empanellment will remain valid for a period of 5 years from the date of empanelment. Eligibility Criteria for empanelment of Agencies Only those agencies who have undertaken similar works and worked for public sector undertaking, MNC's State & central Govt, PSU Banks, reputed institutions/software companies etc. and have executed similar works and furnish documentary evidence of complying with the following criteria, shall be considered for empanelment. 1. Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years preceding current financial year ended 31 st March should not be less than Rs.25 lakhs.

3 2. should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which application is submitted, 3. should not have incurred loss for 3 consecutive years during last 5 years. Interested and eligible agencies can submit their applications in the prescribed format which may be collected free of cost from Assistant General Manager, P&E Dept. ( i.e. name of organization,value of work done and date of completion) copies of work orders, completion certificates must be enclosed. 14 Annual turnover for the last 3 years. 15 Names and addresses of the persons who will be in position to certify about the quality as well as performance of your organization. 16 Whether willing to work any where in State of Karnataka. 17 Declaration regarding near relatives working in the Bank. I/We here by confirm that all information,particulars,copies of certificates & testimonials in connection with my empanelment are correct and genuine. I am,therefore, liable to face appropriate actions as deemed fit by the Bank in the event of any of the information, particulars,copies of certificates and testimonials are not found correct and genuine.
