6 Form 5E Description of Approach, Methodology and Work Plan for Performing the Assignment Technical approach, methodology and work plan are key components of the Technical Proposal. The Creative Design and Media Consultancy firm is suggested to present its Technical Proposal (maximum of 20 pages, inclusive of charts and diagrams) divided into the following three chapters: a) Technical Approach and Methodology, b) Organization and Staffing, a) Technical Approach and Methodology. In this chapter the consultant should explain the understanding of the objectives of the assignment, approach to the services, methodology for carrying out the activities to obtain the expected output and the degree of detail of such output. The consultant should highlight the problems to be addressed along with their importance and explain the technical approach the consultant would adopt to address them. The consultant should also explain the proposed methodologies to adopt and highlight the compatibility of those methodologies with the proposed approach. b) Organization and Staffing. In this chapter the consultant should propose the structure and composition of the proposed team. The consultant should list the main disciplines of the assignment, the key expert responsible, and proposed key and support staff. 11 Instruction to Bidding Agencies o Proof of incorporation of the firm / company (Articles of Association) should be submitted duly attested by the authorized signatory o Authority letter in the name of the officer responsible and authorized for the bidding process. o Copy of audited balance sheet (including Profit and Loss Statement) for last 3 financial years clearly indicating the revenue from relevant applicable activities and attested by the authorized signatory should be attached. o Five Work order copies from each of the last six years A confirmation letter from the Creative Agency for being able to provide the qualified team should be attached CVs of all the team members certified by the authorized signatory clearly indicating educational and professional qualification and experience should be attached Dedicated Team Details The Key members that would be working on the project should be indicated along with the career profile. List of the Clients and the work assignment as per the prescribed format should be provided. List of available infrastructure at the local office in Chennai for undertaking the Activities mentioned in the scope of work. Single point of contact: Please indicate the senior management personnel, who would be in regular touch with the State government for assignment. Submit single Design of the following creative which should be the part of Tamil Nadu GIM 2015: o Tamil Nadu GIM 2015 brochure with multi-color printing o Hoarding (printed in A4 size paper) o Advertisement (printed in A4 size paper) o One promotional literature from your own end which you feel will help to promote GIM 2015 in a better way Necessary registration documents establishing registration in India should be provided. 12 - Copy of remittances to PF Authorities for each of the month of financial year to be attached No legal proceedings with any of the clients and its employees related to the services of the bidding agency and or its affiliate.
