9 Frequently Asked Questions about Sponsorships Why should my company consider sponsoring at the? Sponsorship is one of the two ways (the alternative is exhibiting) in which a product or service provider may participate in FAPSC Continuing Education Events. Representatives affiliated with product/service providers may not attend the conference and register as an administrator, as these rates are reserved for school personnel only. Sponsorship is an excellent way to support FAPSC and allows school personnel to register at a highly discounted rate to attend important continuing education classes and earn Continuing Education Units. What s new at Annual this year? In conjunction with the 2017, FAPSC will host a Nursing Simulator Showcase and the South Florida Employer Summit. These two ancillary events will allow vendors the opportunity to network with additional groups of potential clients throughout their time at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. The Nursing Simulator Showcase space is extremely limited. If interested in participating contact FAPSC. Will my company receive name listing on signs at the? Yes. All sponsoring companies (who register prior to production deadlines) will be listed on the FAPSC Entrance Unit. Companies sponsoring individual breaks, meals, sessions, etc. will be listed on individual easel signs at the event at which they are sponsoring. Are there sponsorships to present breakout educational sessions? Yes! FAPSC offers Co-Presentation and Presentation Sponsorships as a la carte offerings or in some instances as part of larger sponsorship packages. BOTH Co-Presentation & Presentation Breakout Sessions: one hour in duration (including Q&A) company receives sponsorship credit in the program, session sign sponsor permitted to bring promotional or informational documents related to their products and services for distribution. sponsor must agree to submit a copy of the presentation (plus any additional materials) and topic proposal in advance for review by the FAPSC. All presentations must follow the FAPSC specific set of guidelines before they may be considered. Download the Guidelines at Sessions will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and there a limited number of breakout session in each concurrent breakout track at each event. Co-Presentations: Sponsors present an educational session that incorporates the knowledge and experience of their school clients Wonderful way for practitioners to share with their peers using your company s guidance Company representatives select a school-based person, and the pair jointly present on the topic of their choice within the education track Presentations: are entirely vendor led Increased sponsorship rate of $500 for this type of session compared to the Co-Presentation a la carte sponsorship 9

10 Frequently Asked Questions about Sponsorships Who receives the Totebag/Portfolio Insert items at the? All registered attendees are issued a conference totebag/portfolio.vendors are responsible for supplying the items and sending them in advance to the show-site by deadline. Will I have access to the Annual attendee registrant list? Yes. As an event sponsor the attendee registrant list will be ed to you (in Microsoft Excel format) pre- and post-conference for the continuing education conference at which you are sponsoring. We request contact information for each registrant as well as their professional title/role. As an Annual Exhibitor, why should I consider sponsoring athte Annual? Booth Location - Sponsoring is a great way to further promote your company in multiple ways both inside and outside the exhibit hall. Sponsorship is one of the three criteria used in booth location assignment within the exhibit hall space (the other two criteria are membership and the submission date of the exhibitor registration). Prize Stamp Cards - All exhibitors are automatically listed on a prize stamp card that attendees receive. Attendees must visit each exhibitor s booth to receive their stamp to become eligible for prize drawings. Exhibiting Sponsors may provide one factoid regarding their product/services that attendees will need to verify with the sponsor at their booth to receive the stamp. Now that I have reserved my sponsorship, where do I submit my exhibit selection information? Use the Exhibitor Registration Form to ensure your company has a booth in the exhibit hall - coming soon to the FAPSC website! Where do I sign up my company representatives for the Annual? As a sponsor, your company is granted access to a certain amount of name badges (based upon your sponsorship purchase and benefit selection). You will receive further instruction on how to register for badges closer to the time of the event. As a side note: Speaker/presenter badges are complimentary. If you are sponsoring a breakout session, speaker/presenter badges are included with the cost of your sponsorship (maximum of 3). What about the Golf Tournament? Don t worry, the FAPSC Annual Jay Lambeth Memorial Golf Tournament has sponsorship opportunities as well as room for player registrations!
