6 DEADLINES We start promoting the Government IT Symposium in early June. To take advantage of all the branding opportunities available to you, please be sure to submit your registration as soon as possible. Final deadlines are listed below. Company listing for conference app. Session registration/write up for Diamond, Platinum and Gold and Case Study Session Sponsors: October 20, 2018 Logo for Diamond, Platinum, Gold Sponsors and a la carte sponsors of the conference app, attendee bag, notepad and lanyard sponsors: October 20, 2018 BOOTH PASSES Sponsors and exhibitors are allowed the number of complimentary booth staff listed in their package details. Any additional booth staff passes must be purchased at a rate of $50.00 per person per day. All booth staff must wear their Symposium name badge and lanyard at all times while in the conference facility. MORE INFORMATION More information on ordering electrical and other supplies, booth set up, shipping instructions, etc. will be available in exhibitor kit on website this fall. An notice will be sent at that time with a link to the information kit. CANCELLATION Once a sponsorship or exhibit space has been registered, any cancellation will be subject to forfeiture of payments as follows: 50% percent of total cost of booth or sponsorship if cancellation occurs before November 1, % of total cost of booth sponsorship if cancellation occurs on or after November 1, 2018 Cancellation will also result is forfeiture of any complimentary conference passes, exhibit hall passes, and other benefits associated with sponsorship package.
