5 LOUISIANA TECH UNIVERSITY Page 4 Facility: The Louisiana Tech Softball Complex is located on the north side of campus right at the intersection of Alabama Ave. and Tech Dr. Locker Room: We ask that a locker room is only used in the scenario where it is your last game of the series and you may be checked out of your hotel. The LR is located in the Thomas Assembly Center Please refer to page 5 for a visual representation Team Bus Drop-off & Parking: Team bus drop-off and parking will be in the Lady Techster softball parking lot or teams may drop off in the football field house parking lot across the street from the soccer complex. Please see page 5 for visual representation. Dugout: The visiting team dugout is located on the first base line. Bathrooms: Bathrooms for fans and teams are located behind the west softball dugout. Rainouts: Monday will serve as the designated rain date if the games are not completed. The home team must do everything possible to get in the games, but no more than two games will be played on Sunday or Monday. Saturday and Sunday games will be played under the NCAAA halted game rule (Rule 6-17), unless the halted game exceeds the Conference USA policy of no more than two games on Sunday or Monday. Tickets: We do not charge admission for tickets. (We will charge admission for the Lady Techster Invitational.) Timing Sheets: Timing sheets will be placed in each dugout. Please refer to page 6 for a sample timing sheet.
