2 TOP 10 Report Card Princeton University Columbia University University of Arizona University of Iowa Brown University University of Illinois Rutgers University The University of Texas At Austin University of Denver University of Wisconsin Ivies and Big Ten Rekindle Their Rivalry Ivies and Big Ten schools continue to dominate the ranking year-over-year, as three schools from each conference placed in the top 10. Topping the list is Princeton University, which worked its way to number one this year, dethroning last year s top school, the University of Illinois, which came in a respectable sixth place. Campuses to Watch: Big Improvements We saw big improvements from a wide range of schools across all categories, the largest coming from the University of Georgia, which jumped 15 spots from No. 27 to No. 12 in. The University of Denver fittingly rose like the Rocky Mountains, climbing 10 spots to No. 7, and returned to the top 10 for the first time since Stanford University also earned a big jump, moving up 14 spots to No. 20 from No. 34.

The University of Michigan takes their heated rivalry with the Ohio State University outside the stadium, topping the Buckeyes for the third straight year, ranking No. 11 compared to Ohio State s No. 22. On the Cusp with Room to Grow: The bottom 10 contained many familiar faces, with St. John s University-New York (No. 132), Seton Hall University (No. 133), Troy State University (No. 137) and Providence College (No. 138) all returning to the bottom of the rankings for a third year in a row. And while slight grade improvements occurred, Chicago State University (No. 139) and Brigham Young University (No. 140) came in at the end of the list for the fourth year in a row.

4 Rankings Methodology The Trojan Report Card is an annual ranking of the sexual health resources and information available to students on campuses nationwide. Independent research firm, Sperling's BestPlaces, analyzed 140 major campuses drawn from conferences within the Bowl Championship Series and beyond. These schools include students representing all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Sperling's BestPlaces researchers collected extensive data via student health center representatives, along with follow-up secondary research on those centers and services they provide on campus. Student health centers were graded on services across 11 separate categories, including the following: - Hours of operation - Allow drop-ins or require appointments for student scheduling - Quality of sexual health information and resources on website - Contraceptive availability -- free or at cost - Condom availability -- free or at cost - HIV testing on-site (On/off campus, cost) - STI testing on-site (On/off campus, cost) - Lecture/outreach programs and student peer groups for sexual health education - Sexual assault programs, resources or services - Overall website usability and quality - Extra credit A Case for Campus America might be one of the top 10 most educated countries in the world 1, but when it comes to sexual health we are failing. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that nearly 20 million new sexually transmitted infections occur every year in this country 2, with a record one in four (25 percent) college students having some form of an STI 3. By the age of 24, 1 in 3 sexually active people will have contracted an STI 4. The Trojan Report Card is provided as a tool to inspire students to make tangible changes, and to take their schools sexual health into their own hands.
