4 Campus Map Bus Parking All Busses Must Use Fairfield or McNichols Entrance Basketball: Busses will park in the Circle Drive Located on the East Side of Calihan Hall, off of Fairfield Avenue. Lacrosse and Soccer (LOT F): Busses will drop the teams off at the North Entrance of Calihan Hall or directly at the Field. The busses will then wait in the back of the parking lot until the game s conclusion. Softball: Busses will drop the teams off on the main campus road coming from the McNichols Gate, Next to the Commerce and Finance Building and the Health Professions Building. The team will walk through to Buysse Ballpark, while the bus parks in Lot F (Main Lot) until the conclusion of the games. 4

Lodge Freeway (M-10): Exit at Livernois. Turn left onto Livernois. The University is north two lights on the right. Northbound I-75: Exit at Davison Freeway. Take Davison to northbound John C. Lodge Freeway (M-10). Exit at Livernois. Turn right onto Livernois. The University is north two lights on the right. Southbound I-75: Exit at Eight Mile. Turn right onto Eight Mile Road. Proceed west to Livernois. Follow Livernois south to University. Westbound I-94 or Eastbound I-94: Exit John C. Lodge Freeway (M-10) North. Exit at Livernois. Turn right onto Livernois. The University is north two lights on the right. Westbound I-696 to I-75 South: Exit at Eight Mile. Turn right onto Eight Mile Road. Proceed west to Livernois. Follow Livernois south to University. Available in the training room will be; hot and cold whirlpools, ultrasound, electrical stimulation units, hot packs, and ice. As for the locker rooms, benches, and dugouts, the sports medicine staff will provide; ice, water, cups, towels, and a biohazard kit. For all competitions, an AED, splint kit, crutches, and portable oxygen will be located on the home bench/dugout. There are also AEDs located in both the northeast and southwest corners of the gym. There will be an EMS crew at all campus athletic events. For practices being held on campus, please make arrangements ahead of time if you require any supplies. Teams that are traveling without a Certified Athletic Trainer are requested to contact the UDM Sports Medicine Staff prior to your team s arrival and also send a detailed sheet of instructions with the desired treatments for your student-athletes. 8 Practices or Walkthroughs If you wish to schedule a practice or walkthrough time prior to any games or matches here at Detroit Mercy, please contact either Cliff Sims (313) or Tim Fair (313) with the facilities and game operations department. Arrival Upon arrival to Calihan Hall, a member of the facilities and game operations staff will be on hand to greet you and take the team up to their locker room. For basketball, the teams will arrive at the Fairfield Circle Drive Entrance. For all the other sports, the teams will be brought in through the main entrance off of McNichols and be brought to Calihan Hall. Before arriving to campus please contact either Cliff Sims (313) or Tim Fair (313) to ensure all arrival details are taken care of and a staff member is in place. Equipment Room and Locker Rooms Towels will be provided on the team benches as well as in the team locker rooms. Inquiry for laundry services available, please contact Kevin Fischer (313) Each visiting team that is coming to campus will be assigned a locker room, which is equipped with restrooms and showers.
