14 Crane Erection at McCornack Rd. March 27 May 09, :00 am 5:00 pm SUBJECT: Modified Traffic Flow at McCornack Rd., Schofield Barracks There will be a lane closure at McCornack Rd. near building 660, for crane activity erecting precast concrete. The East bound lane of McCornack Rd. will be closed with contraflow traffic from Tuesday, March 27th to Wednesday, May 9th, The East bound lane will be closed from Flaggers will be in place along McCornack Rd. to facilitate contraflow traffic. The East bound lane of McCornack Rd. will have normal traffic flow after work hours each day.
15 Schofield Barracks Preventive Maintenance for all AC Chiller Plants The DPW AC shop will be scheduling Ppreventive Mmaintenance on all AC chiller plants and equipment before summer season starts to help prevent trouble calls. Work will be performed on several Saturdays. WHEN: 31 March thru 14 April 2018 at WHO WILL BE AFFECTED: -Mar 31, A&C Quad buildings being affected are 130, 131, 132, 133, 135, 355, 356, 357, 358 and Mar 31, D, E & F Quad buildings being affected are 449, 450, 451, 452, 549, 550, 551, 552, 649, 650, 651 and Apr 14, K Quad buildings being affected are 772, 773, 774, 776, 777, 778, 779, 780 and April: QUAD K 31 March: QUADS A thru-f
16 WHELER ARMY AIRFIELD Road work on Chanute Road (WAAF) Extended Thru 30 April 2018 (Monday Saturday 0800hrs to 1500hrs) Alutiiq is requiring an extension of the partial road closure on Chanute Road near Building 107 for a utility installation from 31 March 2018 thru Monday, April 30, The reason for the time extension was due to heavy rains which caused delay completion of the underground utility installation.
17 SUBJECT: McNair Gate Pavement Rehabilitation, Schofield Barracks There will be full road closures from 2030 hours to 0500 hours at McNair Gate between Wilikina Drive, and the McNair Gate Guard Post in order to repave the road. The road closures will be in effect from as early as 2 APR thru 11 MAY 2018, Monday-Friday. Entry and exit points for Schofield Barracks during construction work hours will be at Lyman Gate. Please note that the project schedule is subject to change pending weather delays. The contractor will have appropriate safety signs and barriers when they close the roadway. See attached map.
18 Schofield Barracks Central Vehicle Wash Facility Vehicle Maintenance Wash Facility Building Closed April 02 August 10, 2018 SUBJECT: Vehicle Maintenance Wash Facility Building at the Central Vehicle Wash Facility, Schofield Barracks The Vehicle Maintenance Wash Facility Building will be closed for construction work from April 02 August 10, This Building will be closed and temporary fencing will be erected. Other areas of the Central Vehicle Maintenance Facility will remain open for use. There will be no road closures or impacts to traffic during this work. See Attached Map.
19 Fort Shafter Lane Closures at 7 th Street, Wisser Road and Arty Hill Road April 9 through November 23, 2018 SUBJECT: 7th Street, Wisser Road and Arty Hill Road Lane Closures, Ft. Shafter When: From April 9, 2018 through November 23, The Contractor will be performing various road repairs and electrical utility work on 7th Street, Wisser Road and Arty Hill Road. There will be intermittent lane closures, see attached map. Residents will be given advance notice if their driveways will be blocked. Access to Island Palm Communities (IPC) office will still be open via 7th Street. Contractor work hours are Mon- Fri, hours. Motorists are advised to expect delays and follow detour signs to adjacent roads. Please use caution and observe all signs, traffic control personnel, and devices while driving through affected work areas.
