12 FORT SHAFTER Lane Closures - 7 th St. & Arty Hill Rd 05 JUL DEC 2017 Arty Hill Road One Lane Intermittent Closures 7 th Street One Lane Intermittent Closures IPC Office From July 5, 2017 through December 29, 2017, the Contractor will be performing various road repairs and electrical utility work on 7 th Street and Arty Hill Road. There will be intermittent lane closures as shown above. Residents will be given advance notice if their driveways will be blocked. Access to Island Palm Communities (IPC) office will still be open via 7 th Street. Contractor work hours are Mon Fri, hours. Motorists are advised to expect delays and follow detour signs to adjacent roads. Please use caution and observe all signs, traffic control personnel, and devices while driving through affected work areas.

17 Housing Services Office (HSO) Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA) Reminders Continuing group TLA briefings Please ensure Soldiers bring a copy of all documents for HSO to keep Remind Soldiers not to come in to check on the status of their TLA certificate Due to manpower shortages it now takes a minimum of 5-10 business days to generate certificates TLA is not issued on dates the Soldier is on leave

19 Community Updates Community Improvements On-going Santa Fe Phase II and III Units Exterior Painting: 234 Units Completed Fence Installation: 80 Units Completed Roof Replacements: 144 Units Completed Roof repairs, install vinyl fences, grey rock installation, sidewalk repairs, and exterior painting are in progress

20 Community Updates Solomon Roof Replacement and Exterior Painting renovations began June 2017 Canby renovations have restarted Patriot exterior fencing completed June 2017

22 National Night Out National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Please have your bags open and available for inspection. Military Police Officers reserve final decision on items brought into the venue. Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the field.
