This is a full time position, Monday Friday, generally 8am to 4pm, but hours can be flexible for evenings and weekends. Candidates must have the ability to travel between campuses. The Substance Abuse Counselor is responsible for the screening, assessment and delivery of individual and group therapy to our youth and their families. Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to: Providing group services to youth and their families per the treatment plan. Working as a team member in assessing a child's/youth's/family's needs and is responsible for developing, assessing and modifying the individual service plan in collaboration with the child/youth/ family and multidisciplinary treatment team. Hillside Children s Center has an opening for a full time Coordinator of 4H. The Coordinator of 4H is responsible for the overall care of livestock. This will include the selection of appropriate feed, evaluation of animal health, vaccinations and tagging/ tattooing to meet New York State requirments and the cleanliness of the barn area, patures and greenhouse.
