Maintains communication with the Mechanical personnel and consultant in order to ensure adequate process capability and information feedback. Ensures that work is carried out and executed as per drawings, specification and materials submittal sheets approved. 9. Establishes liaison with the Consultant s Representative on quality related matters and makes available, upon request, copies of documentation and tests performed.
3 10. Reports any work disagreement with the immediate superior and ensures that all materials and equipment s installed on site or fabricated off-site conforms to the contract specification. 11. Assist QC Mechanical to reviews test procedures, coordinates and agree with the Consultant on test date. 12. Ensure that the newly revised documents carry the latest revision number, date, status and that all superseded documents are kept separately for the future references. 13. Ensures that as-built information is recorded daily on the Mechanical Department copy of the drawings. 14. Initiates with the subcontractor, in coordination with Mechanical Superintendent and Consultant, the commissioning of equipment s and system. 15. Ensure that installation matches the approved drawings 16. Directly involved in the installation of all site works like potable water distribution, sanitary wastewater collection system, and storm water collection system using RTR pipes, upvc, FRP, and CS. 17. Attends Projects hand-over to Client representative and prepares reports and discuss pending issues to Mechanical Superintendent. 18.
