3 ORGANIZER: MINISTRY OF DEFENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION DATES AUGUST International Military-Technical Forum ARMY-2018 will take place from 21 till 26 of August, The Forum is organized by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The Forum has transformed from the exhibition newcomer into the one of the leading international exhibitions of weapons and military equipment. 5 AIR FORCE DEMO CLUSTER (KUBINKA AIRFIELD) LAND FORCES DEMO CLUSTER (ALABINO MILITARY TRAINING GROUNDS) A distinctive feature of the «ARMY-2018» Forum will be an expanded air force demo cluster. Kubinka airfield has been modernized to form an extensive exposition of military and civil aviation equipment. Guests will be able not only to examine and familiarize themselves with the characteristics of the presented models of equipment, but also to see some of them in action within the framework of aerobatic teams performances with the demonstration of aerobatics elements. At the equipped Alabino military training grounds., it will be possible to assess the dynamic, maneuvering characteristics and capabilities of automotive and armored vehicles. The fire capabilities of weapons and military equipment are demonstrated on the tank facility by fire from all types of armament of tanks and combat vehicles with various types of ammunition, including anti-tank guided missiles, in various ways (on the move, from short stops, from the side) on armored and non-armored targets. 8 9

6 NAVAL DEMO CLUSTER (ALABINO MILITARY TRAINING GROUNDS AND KOMSOMOLSKOE LAKE) EXPOSITION At the reservoir of the Alabino military training grounds and Komsomolskoe lake, the the capabilities of armament, military and special equipment for water obstacles overcoming are demonstrated, including: group maneuvering of combat vehicles afloat, demonstration of the the capabilities of assault-crossing equipment, the actions of combat swimmers, as well as rescue of people on the water. AREA OF MORE THAN m 2 In comparison with the Forum, held in 2017 in the work of a static exhibition exposition, it is planned to increase the number of participants and the number of exhibits enterprises and organizations participated in the exposition at the «ARMY-2017» Forum, which presented exhibits of military and dual-purpose products, including 337 models available from the Ministry of Defence of Russia

7 EXPOSITION Specialists from military control bodies, research organizations and military education establishments of the Russian Ministry of Defence are involved in the expert evaluation of the exhibits presented at the Forum. 9 CONGRESS PROGRAM MORE THAN 140 EVENTS The events of the scientific and congress program of the Forum are held both on the territory of the Patriot Expo and on the territory of the Kubinka airfield. In the building of the Central Exhibition Complex there are 10 meeting rooms for up to 50 people, 4 auditoriums for up to 70 people, 6 auditoriums for up to 100 people and a big conference hall for up to 650 people. The building of the Congress Center includes a conference hall for 507 people, a VIP room for negotiations in the format of a round table and a meeting room. The scientific and congress program of the Forum in 2017 consisted of more than 140 events in the format of meetings, presentations, round tables, briefings and seminars on 24 thematic areas. The total number of participants of the congress program has exceeded 8, 5 thousand people, including more than 2 thousand specialists of the highest qualification. 10 DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM During the dynamic demonstration at the Alabino military training grounds and the Kubinka airfield, flight, fire and automotive capabilities of weapons and military equipment from the available from the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, industrial enterprises will be demonstrated, as well as participation of aerobatic teams of foreign countries is planned. 11 FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS In 2018, specialists and experts from 128 foreign countries are expected to attend the forum. Large-scale national expositions were deployed by Armenia, Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Slovakia and South Africa. 12 INTELLECTUAL TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITION MAIN THEMATIC DIRECTIONS Within the framework of the «ARMY- 2018» Forum, the International Exhibition of high-performance equipment and technologies «IntellTechExpo: Intellectual technology exhibition 2018» will be held. The exhibition will present modern high-tech equipment, new materials and a domestic component base for use in the production of the perspective armament and military equipment, as well as re-equipment of defence industry enterprises. 13 SPECIAL PROJECT «INNOVATION CLUB» «Innovation Club» is a special project within the framework of the International Military Technical Forum «ARMY-2018». The goal of the project is to create conditions for demonstrating and promoting new technological solutions made by young initiative developers: young scientists, start-ups, students of military and civilian universities, as well as scientific companies of the Armed Forces. The unique format provides for uniting in the single space the main subjects of innovation activity (including potential investors and customers - industrial enterprises) for building substantive work in the field of dual-purpose projects. In 2017, within the framework of the «Innovation Club» in the area of more than 1300 m2, 7 working zones were created, where 55 events of the program took place with the participation of leading experts of science and business. 24 In 2018, the main theme of the «Innovation Club» will be artificial intelligence and the scope of its application: information security, aviation, transport, energetics, telecommunications, manufacturing, medicine, etc. The concept of 2018 provides a program for participants and guests of the Innovation Club : pitch-sessions (brief presentations of innovative projects (pitches) to investors, experts and engineers) open debates (discussion program) educational program («dialogue with the designer» and «expert hour») pop-science program (children popular science educational program) 25

14 DEMONSTRATION-EXHIBITION PAVILIONS On the territory of «Patriot Expo» besides the central exhibition complex with four exhibition pavilions with a total exhibition area of more than 40 thousand square meters, 21 conference halls and three multifunctional buildings with entrance groups, 6 demonstration and exhibition pavilions of the leading enterprises of the defence industry complex were also built. 15 MUSEUM PARK COMPLEX «PATRIOT», SITE 1 MUSEUM PARK COMPLEX «PATRIOT», SITE 2 MUSEUM PARK COMPLEX «PATRIOT» (SITE 1) - is located on an area of 28 hectares and includes expositions of historical and modern military equipment. So, over 270 models of Soviet and Russian aviation, armored, mechanized and special equipment of the last decades are placed on open areas. Here you can see Su and MiG aircraft of various modifications, helicopters, including the world s largest - Mi-26, anti-aircraft missile systems, silo-based strategic intercontinental ballistic missiles and many other models of weapons and military equipment from a special vehicle to tanks and armored personnel carriers of various modifications. By the uniqueness of the exhibits presented, this is one of the most significant tank museums in the world. To date, its collection includes more than 260 units of armored vehicles and equipment from most tank-producing countries, most of which are rare or single. On the territory of the museum there is a restoration workshop, where the best specialists bring to life unique machines. For visitors excursions on development of domestic tank-building are carried out on an example of the presented exhibits. A wide range of thematic excursions is offered for all visitors. AREA OF EXTREME AND TECHNICAL KINDS OF SPORT The zone of extreme and technical sports includes a 1.5 km circular circuit with stands for 6,000 seats and a technical ground. The territory is intended for sports events of the Armed Forces, as well as the activities of the DOSAAF of Russia and sports federations

16 MILITARY HISTORICAL COMPLEX «PARTISAN VILLAGE» CENTER FOR MILITARY AND TACTICAL GAMES Opened in winter 2016, the «Partisan Village» complex is a collective image of all partisan villages that existed during the Great Patriotic War. During its construction documentary evidence of partisan life, memories, letters of participants of those faroff events were used. The militaryhistorical complex «Partizanskaya Derevnya» includes such objects as: «Staff blindage», «Lenin s Room», «Bathhouse», «Communication hub», «Printing House», «Yard», «Medical Center», sleeping blindages, «Warehouse of weapons and ammunition «, a dining room, a bakery and others. Atmosphere of immersion in the era creates a thematic musical soundtrack with songs of the war years, broadcasts of reports by Soviet inform bureau. Excursion service includes thematic excursions about the life and struggle of the Soviet partisans against the german-fascist invaders. Center for military and tactical games (CMTG) - is a universal training facility for testing elements of combat training units of the Armed Forces, and also serves as a venue for sports events, trainings and competitions for fire tag and laser tag for the civilian population on weekends and public holidays. This park facility can be divided into three zones: indoor, forest and sports. To date, in the covered area, the area of which is over 5,000 square meters, platforms are built that imitate low-rise residential construction, Afghanistan playground as well as a tactical game area. In the territory of the sport zone of the CMTG there is a three-level rope town, which is difficult to pass without special skills and a multifunctional outdoor sport ground for holding matches in minifootball, basketball and other game types of sport. In the forest area there are «Town of military signalers» and «Town of the scout». In the «Town of military signalers» communication tools deployed, stationed in service in different years, and in the «Town of the scout» structures are built, which are used for reconnaissance surveillance, food intake, storage of weapons and heating in a wooded terrain. Next to the Center for Military-Tactical Games is a mock-up of the Reichstag building, which was involved in the reconstruction of the «Assault of Berlin» on April 23, In the reconstruction of the events of the spring of 1945, more than 1,500 participants from Russia, Germany, Austria and other countries, as well as several dozen units of military equipment, were involved

17 ZONE OF RECONSTRUCTION OF MILITARY HISTORICAL EVENTS The reconstruction zone of historical events is another unique facility of the park, intended for cultural events, excursions and interactive programs. Includes static and dynamic zones. The dynamic zone is intended for carrying out both historical reconstructions, and military sports games, interactive events that involve immersion in a particular historical event. On the territory of the static zone, an open exposition is currently located. At the railway station of the park «Patriot» there is an exposition, dedicated to the railway troops, including the remaining in a single copy the MBV-2 «For Leningrad» motor armored carriage. In 2015, it was restored by the specialists of the park and became the first in this exposition. In 2016, the exposition was replenished EXHIBITION OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR TIME with new exhibits: the Russian and, later, the Soviet E-class steam locomotive, platforms with artillery and antiaircraft guns, as well as a carriage for the transport of personnel (heated freight car). SECTOR «UNARMIA» In territory of park «Patriot» near to the Military-historical complex «Partisan village» there is an equestrian center, which includes open and closed arenas. The outdoor riding arena includes a pedestal and a rostrum for 100 seats. In a building there is an indoor two-stored arena with a VIP-zone on the 2 nd floor. The area of the riding arena is 944 sq.m. A EQUESTRIAN CENTRE closed arena can accommodate up to 300 spectators simultaneously. In the near future on this site you can see performances of the equestrian theater «Kaskader», as well as ride horses on horseback or in a carriage. Not far from the military-historical complex «Partisan village» the sector «UNARMIA» is located. Currently, specialized pavilions are installed on the territory of this sector for various events: thematic gatherings, festivals, meetings with famous military men, sportsmen, scientists, cultural and art figures, as well as master classes and exhibitions. In the open areas of the facility, members of UNARMIA will be able to try themselves at various creative competitions and sports competitions, and take part in interactive programs. Already now, the Patriot Park has become a central platform for the activities of members of UNARMIA. Visitors of the UNARMIA sector can see the unique exhibition «Remember... The World... Saved by the Soviet Soldier». On the territory of the sector there is a children camp «Patriot», where children live in specialized residential modules - geospheres, which are equipped with an independent system of ventilation and heating, supporting the microclimate necessary for comfortable living

18 TEMPLE OF GEORGE THE VICTORY-BEARER THE HOLY GREAT MARTYR GERMANY OF THE VICTORY Located in the park «Patriot» the temple was built for the glory of the Russian army and in memory of the fallen at the defence of the Fatherland. The temple was consecrated in May On Saturdays, as well as on the days of mass events, there are services in the temple. MULTIFUNCTIONAL FIRE CENTER Multifunctional Fire Center (MFC) is the largest shooting range in the country, certified for civilian shooters. It includes 29 open galleries: 20 by 300 meters, 9 by 50 meters. Each gallery is equipped with capacious shelves, pyramids for weapons, places for spectators and sportsmen. Also, the MFC includes a military shooting range, designed for training of fighters of Special Forces and military personnel. On weekdays, the facility is involved in combat training, and on weekends and holidays, everyone can try to learn practical shooting
