There is visible enthusiasm for concerted effort in difficult and confined circumstances which reflects very well on the contractor. Implementation of HES with adherence to: Use of STOP work, HAZID assessment, and JSA tools for routine and non-routine tasks including a variety of mooring and SIMOPS situations is clearly understood and utilized.

They always follow HES policy and the MSW process. Always in full PPE. Zero incident!!!!!!

9 Cross functional crew working for the Seadrill Tender 7 Companies supporting the rig operations are: Chevron Drilling personnel including Drilling HES, Seadrill, BJ Services Cementing, Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Sperry Sun, Baroid, Aker Kvaerner, Weatherford TRS, I-log Nominated by - Barry Carlson, Drilling Superintendent Although they work for different companies they are proud to be a member of the T-7 family. They watch out for one another, look after each other, and are not afraid to exercise SWA on anyone no matter which company they work for. Operating 6.69 yrs since last DAFW & 72 days IFO with 60 SWA drills practiced, it has been proven that by following programs and processes you can be reliable, efficient and do it safely.
