10 Industry Day Ground Rules Contractors should wear provided name tags with company name Please turn off / silence all electronic devices and cell phones Please respect and comply with the schedule Contractor team should be on stand-by approximately five minutes prior to scheduled one-one sessions The time limit of one-on-one sessions will be strictly enforced 10

11 Industry Day Ground Rules Communication Protocol As visitors, please remain within the areas reserved specifically for Industry Days while waiting for one-on-one sessions All questions asked by attendee list will be posted to FBO.gov No recording devices or cameras permitted No side meetings with any member of the USG team Industry Day representatives will display name tags at all times identifying themselves as such 11

12 Industry Day Ground Rules Q&A The USG will attempt to answer all questions, but ultimately reserves the right to decide which ones will or will not be answered on the spot All questions will be written on 5 X 8 card All questions and USG responses will be posted on FBO Questions will be collected during the presentations Industry Day charts and attendee listing will be posted to FBO No agreements, promises, or other commitments are made or implied by USG or industry representatives participating in the Afghan Trainer Program Industry Days, to include the one-on-one sessions 12
