12 Order Description Suite Office Defense CBRNE Response (DCRF requires Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) equipment sets used by select Defense CBRNE Response Force (DCRF) organizations. These services include sustainment support over the life cycle of the equipment sets and refresh/recertification support following a unit s relief from the DCRF mission. The Restricted Guardian follow on sustainment period and equipment refresh phases are for the Search and Rescue (S&R), Mass Casualty Decontamination (MCD), RECON, Medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Mortuary Affairs and Contaminated Remains Mitigation Site sets. 17 Distribution Statement A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. 17 UNCLASSIFIED Joint Omnibus Management Office (JOMO) Mission Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of Enterprise-wide, Multiple-Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Omnibus contract vehicles which enhance and facilitate acquisition, operations, and sustainment across the JPEO-CBD Vision Provide CBRNE Enterprise-wide Omnibus Contract Vehicles and associated support in order to streamline acquisitions and shorten the timeline to award; improving execution and providing CBRNE capabilities to the joint warfighters faster About Us The JOMO Office is responsible for the creation, management and execution of all Omnibus Contract Vehicles for the JPEO and the CBRNE Enterprise. These vehicles increase competition and flexibility, save costs, reduce administrative burden, increase small business participation, minimize time to award and streamline documentation.
