7 Flexible Information Assurance Acquisition Tool (FIA2T) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract Program Description Warfighter Capability Provides cryptographic and Information Assurance (IA) technologies, product development and support through all phases of the acquisition lifecycle Customers Supports the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division - CCSD (AFLCMC/HNC), USAF, DoD, Intelligence Community, other US Government agencies and Foreign Military Sales customers FIA2T focused on the full range of AFLCMC/HNC requirements to develop and support cryptographic and IA products and associated support equipment. Offensive and defensive cyber requirements not in scope. FIA2T s flexible delivery/task order process reduces time to meet customer requirements while improving operations efficiency and reducing reliance on external contracts. 7

11 Information Assurance Support Services (AF PKI) Contract Vehicle Warfighter Capability Provides innovative solutions to address cyber needs for the Air Force and COCOMs Contract requires personnel with extensive experience in Information Assurance and Public Key Infrastructure Customers All Air Force MAJCOMS 24 th AF COCOMS National Security Agency System/Program Description Implements and sustains Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and responsive cyber information assurance solutions for the Air Force. PKI is a DoD-wide program that provides the critical underpinning to DoD s Information Assurance (IA) capabilities. 11

13 Offensive Cyber Weapon System Sustainment Contract System/Program Description The weapon system provides offensive cyber capabilities to the warfighter. Warfighter Capability Provides flexible, resource-effective approach to delivering offensive cyber capabilities to the warfighter. Customers Supports the Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division's ability to field capabilities. Contract will be managed by the Responsive Cyber Acquisition Branch office, Offensive Cyber Operations section and will work to satisfy modification and sustainment support to the offensive cyber weapon system. 13

15 Cyber Command and Control Mission System (C3MS) (FAST/Net CDS/SOAIF) Warfighter Capability Provides situational awareness of AFIN; C2 of AF forces in support of or to enable cyberspace effects; create cyber warfighting options for CCDR; enable air, space, land and maritime operations; plan, direct, coordinate, and control AF cyber forces and operations. Provides flexible, resource- effective approach to delivering capability to warfighter. Contractors experienced in enabling cyberspace effects respond to Delivery Orders. System/Program Description C3MS is the weapon system used by the 624 Operation Center (OC) to gather Situational Awareness and conduct Command and Control functions of the AF Information Network (AFIN). Customers Supports the Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division's ability to field capabilities. Contract will be managed by the Responsive Cyber Acquisition Branch office, C3MS program office will work to satisfy modification and sustainment support to the C3MS weapon system. 15
