12 University of Tsukuba Tunis Office Gateway to North African and Mediterranean Countries Address: National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia (INAT), 43, Avenue Charles Nicole, Tunis, Tunisia University of Tsukuba Tunis Office was established in May 2006 in Tunis, Tunisia, as the first Overseas Office of the University of Tsukuba to promote academic exchange and research collaboration between Japan and North Africa, and establish a Center of Excellence (COE) for research and education.
