Mental Health Clinical Trainee (2) ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Will provide counseling services to American Indian adults, children, and families who reside on or near the Leech Lake Reservation. Services are based on individual, child, and family needs and are offered at varying levels of involvement, such as crisis intervention, individual and family counseling sessions, school based services, family and community support services, and mental health assessments. Education/Experience: Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and on track for licensure as a Mental Health Professional. Licensed Graduate Social Worker (L.G.S.W.) or Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) preferred. Duties/Responsibilities: Develops and implements Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) with clients according to the diagnostic assessment and mental health providers input. Completes psycho-social, functional, and behavioral assessments, to include a basic assessment of risk. Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy for clients. Provide therapeutic groups and activities as needed under the components of Children s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS). Mental Health Professional (2) ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Responsible for providing direct mental health services, including psychotherapy, with an emphasis on individuals and families, using various treatment modalities and skills to produce social, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Education/Experience: Master s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work and three (3) years experience in the mental health field required. Crisis Coordinator ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: This position will provide coordination of crisis services for both children and adults who reside on or near the Leech Lake Reservation. The position will involve coordination of suicide prevention, developing and implementing suicide prevention programs. Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with mental illness. Prefer Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for coordination of Mental Health crisis line and crisis teams. Provide follow up surveys to consumers from crisis calls received to the crisis line and Leech Lake Behavioral Health. Follow up with all crisis contracted employees a minimum of one time per month. Set up quarterly crisis trainings for advocates and crisis team members.
4 PT EMT Attendant (4) ~ Health ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: AND Summary: To adequately staff the ambulance service with certified Emergency Medical Technicians and to provide 24-hour medical services. Hold current certification or documentation in a Department of Transportation approved Emergency Vehicle Operators course or complete within 3 months of hire. Must complete within 3 months of hire all advanced life support variances that are part of the ambulance service protocol. Duties/Responsibilities: Adhere to ambulance policies, procedures, standing orders and protocols. Adhere to policies governing staff conduct. Work a minimum of four (4) scheduled shifts per month at part-time status or 32 hours per week minimum full-time status. Education/Experience: Possess an A.A. degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; or 2 to 4 years of related work experience; or a combination of both education and experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Post journal entries to general, revenue and expense ledgers. Assist in maintaining budget file using Excel worksheet. Assist in maintaining grant files. Research, monitor, analyze, interpret and respond to various requests. CD Counselor (2) ~ Human Services/MHWH ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: AND Summary: The CD Counselor primary responsibilities is admission and discharge duties, treatment planning, delivery of treatment service, group facilitation; maintain accurate records, progress reports, services provided and family support and education. Education/Experience: Associate Degree in Human Services or related field required. Bachelor Degree or 30 hours of specialized adolescent training preferred. At least 5 years of supervised work experience in the CD field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Duties/Responsibilities: Work with Program Director and staff to develop a quality and effective treatment program by promoting communication and networking among staff and other related programs. Develop client treatment plans based on research, clinical experience, client s histories, client s records and confer with other professionals in order to evaluate mental and physical conditions and to determine their suitability for participation in specific programs.

Duties/Responsibilities: Assists the Accounting Team Leader in recording and maintaining accurate general ledger balances and proper recording of revenue recognition. Perform closeouts on special revenue funds to include general journal entries, disbursement vouchers, and submitting financial status reports to funding agencies. Junior Accountant ~ Finance ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Provide dependable financial service to the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe through expertise and practical procedures for processing and maintaining sound financial records. Minimum requirement is AA in Human Services Field required with Case Supervision required. Duties/Responsibilities: Familiarity with the Human Services programs and surrounding county social service agencies is required or willingness to learn. Youth Activities Coordinator ~ Education ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Cass Lake South: B, Mission Sugar Point: B AND Summary: Responsible for planning and implementing activities for youth in the area of sports and recreation, health and fitness, cultural and youth educational programming. Duties/Responsibilities: Plan a wide range of diverse activities for youth that will consist of recreational sports, health, fitness, cultural, education and prevention programming.
