32 The Board has required a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) background check since 1997 Minnesota Statutes, section , now requires implementation of a nationwide, fingerprint-based criminal background check (CBC) no later than January 1, 2018 As of November 28, 2017; this new CBC process replaces the Board s previous BCA process Applicants must start the CBC process within 90 days of submitting an application to the Board. Failure to meet this time frame will result in you application being closed.

Eating is not allowed unless you have been approved for this as part of a disability accommodation. Wear comfortable clothes, and dress in layers.
