3 TASK ALL1000 Complete assignments/special projects as directed The member will successfully complete all assignments and/or special projects to specifications as directed and within the specified time frame, budgetary requirements (if applicable), and applicable general orders. ALL1001a Maintain work areas/vehicles The member ensures that their work area/vehicle is clean, organized, safe and presentable in accordance with agency policies and procedures. ALL1003a ALL1007 DD3052 DD3623a DD3624c Complete, update, submit required reports/documents/forms Maintain time/attendance/leave sheets Observe inmate/offender/detainee behavior patterns Notify designated persons during emergency situation Report sabotage, pilferage, or security violations The member will thoroughly and accurately complete, update, and submit or forward all required reports, documents and forms to the appropriate authority/personnel in a timely manner pursuant to applicable state regulations and in accordance with agency policies and procedures. The member accurately maintains and submits in a timely manner their time/attendance/leave sheets pursuant to agency policies. The member observes, documents, and reports any unusual changes in inmate/offender/detainee behavior pursuant to FMJS requirements and in accordance with agency policies. The member notifies designated persons immediately during an emergency situation, accurately describing the situation and location and providing additional information and assistance as needed while maintaining the safety of all personnel in the affected area. The member will immediately and accurately report any sabotage, pilferage, or security violations to a supervisor and/or control room as appropriate, in accordance with agency policies. The member generates and submits a detailed accurate report of the incident if required pursuant to any applicable regulations and agency policy EMT3300a Perform triage The member will correctly assess and determine the seriousness/nature of victims 'injuries in order to prioritize and classify the order in which medical attention will be provided. MD3312 Prepare inmate medical transfer summary The member will carefully review the inmate's medical chart and correctly complete all information as required on the inmate transfer summary form in accordance with agency medical facility policies and FMJS regulations MD3313a Screen inmate medical requests The member screens all inmate medical requests daily and makes the appropriate referrals pursuant to agency policies and applicable FMJS regulations. 4 MD3334 Inventory SHARPS The medical personnel will correctly log and reconcile usage of all SHARPS in accordance with appropriate regulations, and agency medical facility policies. MD3358b Administer medication The certified or licensed medical personnel will correctly prepare and administer inmate medications while maintaining the security of the medical cart pursuant to agency medical facility policies. MD3390 Take vital signs The nurse or other licensed medical professional will correctly measure the inmate's vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure and pulse without causing undue pain or physical damage to the individual, pursuant to agency medical facility policies. MD3391 Draw blood The doctor, nurse or other licensed professional will correctly draw blood from the inmate or agency member without causing undue pain or physical damage to the individual, pursuant to agency medical facility policies. MD3392a Assist physician in sick call clinic The medical personnel will provide any required assistance to the physician and/or physician's assistant during sick call clinic ensuring that all appropriate procedures are carried out in accordance with agency medical facility policies. MD3394 Perform inmate/patient visual check The certified or licensed medical personnel will visually verify on specified basis or as otherwise required that all inmates in the infirmary are alert and not in any type of medical/psychological distress, pursuant to agency medical facility policies. MD3396 Respond to medical emergency The medical personnel will promptly respond to a declared medical emergency and provide the correct required medical attention pursuant to FMJS regulations, applicable standards and in accordance with agency medical facility policies. MD3399 Perform screening exam The certified or licensed medical personnel will correctly and completely document the inmate's medical history and perform a physical appraisal of the individual within 14 days of the inmate being booked into the detention facility pursuant to FMJS regulations and in accordance with agency medical facility policies. MD3401 Document patient contacts The member will utilize problem oriented medical charts to accurately document all patient contacts in a timely manner. MD3407 Implement physicians orders The member will efficiently and accurately implement physicians orders as directed, consistent with agency policies and procedures and medical facility practices.
