4 EDICAL Guidelines for abstract submission Oral: 1. Abstracts may be submitted on any topic pertaining to clinical, epidemiological, diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive aspects of infectious diseases in pediatric or adult medicine. 2. Abstracts must be sent through as an attachment in S Word. Fax or hard copy will not be accepted. 3. Abstracts must contain original material. 4. Format should include Title, Name of Author(s), Institution, Telephone, Please structure your abstract using the following headings: Objective, aterials and ethods, Results, and Conclusions. 6. Abstracts written in substandard or vague language promising further discussion will not be accepted. 7. Abstracts must not be longer than 250 words. 8. All abstracts will be peer reviewed for acceptance. 9. Last date for abstracts submission is arch 04, After this date, printing of your abstract in the Abstracts book will not be guaranteed. 10. Abstracts must be accompanied with completed Registration Form and Registration fee. 11. 5 EDICAL Information about Poster Posters Format: Each poster presenter will be allocated display board measuring 90x50 inches. Poster should be visible from a distance of 1 meter; therefore alphabets 4 cm high should be used for the title. Use of colors is recommended. The poster should be organized in sections: Introduction, aterials and ethods, Results and Conclusions. Senior author or trainee should be present during the poster sessions. Presenter should present during the poster sessions. Abstracts for the poster must be accompanied with completed Registration Form and Registration fee.
