3 Occupational Safety & Health Resource Guide SAFE Work Manitoba offers this list of organizations which provide workplace safety and health resources and/or services as a tool to help employers and workers improve safety in their workplaces. The listing is divided into two sections: Section 1 Occupational safety and health issues are listed along with the names of organizations (government, non-profit and private-sector companies and consultants) which offer services and resources to address the issue. The second part of section 1 includes a listing of all organizations, the issues they address and more in-depth information on the issues they can help address through their services. In most cases, the organizations are based in Winnipeg, but many are willing to provide services outside Winnipeg. Some have offices outside Winnipeg as well, and others are based in other communities. Many organizations referenced in Section 1 charge on a fee for service basis.
