11 * Caseload is defined as services provided to students who might have a special educaion cerificaion, 504 plan, or wrifen permission for social work services to be provided. Students are typically seen on a regular basis, and they have a stated need or goal of service. If they are older, permission might not be secured depending on the scope of the problem and the intensity of the service. These codes are designated with a *. They require a popula<on code. DAILY LOGGING 15 min increments. *=Caseload Black items require populaion code. Red items do not require populaion. Use DELETE to erase.
