3 Background Minority groups have a higher incidence of chronic conditions compared to the general population. Lack of education about disease processes always cited as one of the main reasons for health disparities. There is an abundance of health care information available on the World Wide Web, however, the utilization of this information is limited due to lack of resources, poor socio-economic status, and education levels
4 Purpose The purpose of this study was twofold: 1. to design an e-health e intervention program to increase access to reliable health information. 2. to evaluate the outcome of this intervention in promoting healthier life styles.
