2 BAIE DRINGENDE VERSOEK Waarnemers vir SAOU in Kortlysting en Onderhoude: Dit is van kardinale belang dat die SAOU Werkplekverteenwoordigers, wie sou belangstel om met die huidige en toekomstige kortlystingen onderhoudsprosesse betrokke te wees, die bykomende vorm sorgvuldig moet voltooi sodat SAOU n databasis van waarnemers kan opbou in belang van ons lede wie aansoek doen vir Departementele Onderwysposte. In die meeste gevalle is daar SAOU lede wat aansoek doen vir poste en is dit van kardinale belang dat ons sal toesien dat daar verteenwoordiging teenwoordig moet wees tydens die prosesse. n DRINGENDE versoek word aan alle SAOU WERKPLEKVERTREENWOORDIGERS gerig om u bereid te verklaar t.o.v. die prosesse! Dit is immers die KERN van die diens wat alle Werkplekverteenwoordigers behoort te lewer aan u eie kollegas en mede SAOU-Lede. Indien u meer inligting wil bekom rondom die aspek kan SAOU vir u alle inligting verskaf sodat u presies sal weet wat om te doen. Pauline Cocklin by vvvovs@saou.co.za VERY URGENT REQUEST Observers for SAOU in Shortlisting and Interviews: It is of utmost importance that all SAOU Shop Stewards, who are interested to become involved in current and future Shortlisting and Interview processes must complete the attached form to enable SAOU to prepare a database of observers to assist members who apply for Departmental Educator posts. In most cases, there are SAOU members who apply for posts and it is of paramount importance that we ensure representation during the processes. An URGENT request is directed to all SAOU REPRESENTATIVES to please avail yourself to assist in these processes! This, after all, is the CORE service that all SAOU Representatives should deliver in the interest of your own colleagues and fellow SAOU members. If you want more information about this aspect, SAOU can provide you with all the information so that you will know exactly what to do. Hiermee bevestig ons dat die SAOU Korporatiewe geskenke wel vroeg in November 2018 beskikbaar sal wees. SAOU Vrystaat sal toesien dat u GESKENK na n afleweringspunt naby aan u skool / instansie versprei sal word. Die SAOU Werkplekverteenwoordigers sal versoek word om namens die lede die nodige reëlings te tref om al die geskenke by die onderskeie afleweringspunte te gaan afhaal sodra dit beskikbaar is. Neem asb. kennis dat elke lid SLEGS geregtig is op die geskenk wat aanlyn bestel is. Slegs huidige SAOU lede kom in aanmerking vir die SAOU geskenk! Indien n lid GEEN keuse uitgeoefen het nie het SAOU n PRAGTIGE PENNESAKKIE vir die lid bestel en sal die lid dus geregtig wees om slegs dié geskenk te ontvang. The SAOU Workplace Representative / Shop stewards will be requested to arrange collection of the gifts at the delivery points as soon as it becomes available. Please take note that each member is ONLY entitled to the gift they have selected online. Only current SAOU members are eligible for the SAOU gift! 4 EVALUEER ONS DIENS: Die SAOU streef daarna om die beste onderwysvakbond in Suid-Afrika te wees. Ten einde ons diensleweringsmodel voortdurend te verbeter, is dit noodsaaklik om te kan bepaal wat die opinie van lede ten opsigte van verskillende aspekte is en aan die hand van dié evaluering, waar nodig, verbeteringe daadwerklik aan te spreek. Soos in vorige jare word lede versoek om die opnamevraelys van 9 vrae te voltooi, nl SAOU Evaluering Evaluation 2018 EVALUATE OUR SERVICE: The SAOU strives to be the best teachers union in South Africa. To enable us to continuously improve our service delivery model, it is imperative to determine how members experience various aspects of our service. This will lead to effectively address areas of need as expressed in their evaluation. As in previous years, members are requested to complete the survey questionnaire consisting of 9 questions, i.e. SAOU Evaluering Evaluation 2018 Dit behoort u n maksimum van 5 minute te neem. Dit is vir die SAOU belangrik dat elke lid die opnamevraelys voltooi. Neem kennis! Om n groter getal deelname van lede te verseker is die evalueringsvorm tot 8 November 2018 beskikbaar.
