Provision of training to management level personnel as to methods of ensuring equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination. Valuing Employees: Positive Employee Relations in the Workplace (Half day) Employees at this Charter FCC unit participated in the Valuing Employees training. Valuing Employees (VE) is a one day highly interactive class room training for people leaders designed to communicate how the law, Standard Business Conduct and Spectrum policies directly relate to Spectrum's overall business success. The goal of VE training is to enhance the skills sets necessary to improve communication, foster teamwork, reduce risks and create a productive work environment. In the training, participants are challenged with real life workplace scenarios that will require them to apply previously acquired practical skills and skills reinforced in the training to resolve problems.
