1 BENEFICIARIES BENEFICIARY OWNER BUSINESS UPDATE ANATHICON Anathi Zitumane MCom (Cranefield College) MDP (UNISA) 17 years experience in the construction sector Specialises in placing decorative concrete floors for indoor and outdoor application. This application is modern and low maintenance. Anathi s dream is to double his turnover in his second year of trade. Anathi landed a contract of R for foundations of 30 houses. We assisted him with the inset cost to start this project. We bought him a power float machine, which he rented previously, this made a huge difference to the profit margin of his contracts. Anathi is in the process of obtaining a Level 1 BBBEE certificate, this will improve his CIDB level and make him eligible for bigger tenders.

2 Anathi is also working on getting a contract of 2000 foundations which will have the value of R 7million. Assistance with several invoices has been offered to him. Rodney deals with the strategic management of the business. Happy Shabangu, HR graduate. Happy is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Their business is branding (printing and empbroidery of mostly clothing), and their biggest client at the moment is TUT. Their dream is to become a leading branding business and to provide business-to-business branding solutions. Anathi received new revamped proudly printed by Mr Print. Happy is now attending to Mr Print on a full time base. Contract implementing has been done. They are working on getting in new clients and business and is already doing work for SEESA and SEESA Employee Benefits as well as most of the branding and printing work of Incuvest. A financial strategy meeting was held and new financial systems

3 were implemented with Accountants on Site. This is monitored through out and a follow up meeting will be held in August We are also in the process of revamping their corporate identity and setting up their Facebook page. Rinae Thendo Investments and Projects Glen Ndadza 3 year diploma in marketing General construction projects: - Upgrading; - Revamping; - Palisade fencing; - Paving. Glen s dream is to grow his business into a sustainable entity. Despite the initial adversity of legal matters that did not have a favourable outcome Rinae Thendo is really going from strength to strength. Glen is currently busy with two new projects: - Eskom Housing. Glen rendered such excellent service that his contract with them had been extended;

4 - Soweto Water Project. Assistance with several invoices and the inset cost for the above projects has been offered to him. Glen received new revamped proudly printed by Mr Print. Glen is in the process of obtaining a better BBBEE level which will influence his CIDB level and make him eligible for bigger tenders. Dwellers Trading & Projects Vusi Sithole Grade 12 Business owner for the past 5years General Construction - Upgrading; - Revamping; - Palisade fencing; - Paving. His biggest client and contract is the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. Currently busy with the AFROX store maintenance and repair contract. Vusi s dream is to become a CIDB Grade 9 achiever. Glen s Facebook page is up and running and attended to by Incuvest. We are currently working towards a better BBBEE level for Vusi as this will immediately improve his CIDB Level and make him eligible for bigger contracts. He is currently working on a project with 11 other contractors, for the Ekhuruleni Municipality.

5 He is also working on a Rand Water project. Incuvest is assisting him with the above contracts, with regards to inset cost and invoices. He is also preparing his tender for another Ekurhuleni Municipality project that will benefit his turnover tremendously. We are in the process of purchasing Construction Software for Vusi this is a very detailed programme especially developed for the Construction sector. We joined him with Accountants on Site for his financial compliance and strategies.

6 RTA Office Supplies Tebogo Tselane MBA Office Supplies. His main business is to rent out office machines (copy, fax, scan, plotters etc..); Tebogo also facilitates the financing of this agreements. Tebogo is a very passionate business man and entrepreneur and has a lot of dreams he is working towards. Tebogo expanded his product range, and is also now offering high end powerbanks to his clients. We are very excited about this new product and will update you on its success. Tebogo s business is also at a point where we can expand his workforce and we are in the process of appointing an Admin Official and Sales Representative. Incuvest is assisting with the interviews. The business has a fleet of 4 vehicles at this stage. 2 clients are being serviced : Lear & Imperial. Dube s dream is to expand his fleet to be able to service more clients. We are still in the process of assisting Dube with legal matters due to suppliers not rendering the service that they were contracted to. A summons was issued and a tracer appointed. The VAT registration has been completed and Dube is now eligible for tendering for different contracts. We are exploring all avenues as the logistics sector is struggling at this point and time. Bokabo Green Solutions T/A One Energy Danny Sejeng Engineer Part of the One Energy franchise group. Incuvest is still paying for his brand

Danny s dream is to become a role player in the green energy market by establishing his business and build up his knowledge. management fees. We are also currently in the process with accreditation from the Electricity and Energy SETA to approve and accredit his inhouse training in order for him to train his own new team. 10 Bathandwa published a book that is distributed in different parts of the world. She is also involved in the tourism industry, by promoting the cultural experience. Bathandwa s dream is to establish cultural villages in all the different provinces, these villages will be visited by tourists and South Africans in order to experience the different cultures of South Africa. cultural village is finally getting wings. She is busy with negotiations with regards to land in the Eastern Cape where the first cultural village will be set up. One of our other beneficiaries, Anathi, is already assisting with the project management in this regard and we are proud of the network that we established for these beneficiaries. The biggest challenge for this project will be funding and sponsorship and as soon as we know what the need is a specialised team will be called in to assist in this regard. 11 We are also very proud to announce that Bathandwa is now in the position of expanding her work force, and two appointments have already been made. Walter Mphahlele (KEINAKO SERVICES) Grade 12 Business short courses through UNISA Walter is starting his new business, with the help of Incuvest. He is passionate and hard working, and definitely up for the challenge. Walter s business model has been finalised and fine tuned he is now ready to proceed to earn an income with this model. His dream is to have an established business in the cleaning industry. He received branded clothing for his company. They are also in the process with their financial compliance and bookkeeping they are working closely with Accountants on Site in this regard. MMENA-KWENA CONSTRUCTION Phindile Mokoena Diploma in Financial Management General Construction Her company stationery has been designed and website is registered and up and running. She is currently working on a maintenance contract at the Springs Fresh Produce Market Incuvest assisted her with the inset cost and several invoices in this regard. Phindi is constantly tendering for more projects and we are hopeful that this will pay off soon. She is now a client of Accountants on Site who is dealing with her financial

BOKAMOSO ELECTRONIC SERVICES (JOHANNES MASHALA) Johannes Mashala Qualified technician with regards to security equipment (alarms etc) SAIDSA and PSIRA registered. 21 years experience in his field. Security services. After a mistake by the CIPC his company registration is now finally completed. All his company stationery has been designed and are ready for print. He received a vehicle and the insurance of this vehicle are covered by Incuvest. He is now in the position of employing a full time team. We are in the process of attending to his web hosting and setting up his e- mail addresses.

14 He will shortly receive his Pastel training. He is assisted by Incuvest with regards to his office rent. We are busy branding his clothing, for a more professional look and feel. MOVE-REMOVE Joseph Sibuyi Paul Rothmann Joseph is currently in the security industry, but showed tremendous entrepreneurship when he used his very small salary to buy himself a bakkie and started to do parttime rubbish removal etc With the help of Paul Rothmann this is transformed into a formal registered business of which we are already proud off. The dream for this company is to be the go to guys in the market for small impulsive removal needs. They are planning to differentiate themselves in a few very simple but effective ways. Their corporate identity and website has been designed. As one of their immediate needs is a suitable vehicle, we are currently in the process of considering all different options. A lot of branding material (teardrops, flyers etc ) has been designed for them and we are in the process of printing. They are legally compliant. Accountants on Site has been appointed to deal with their financial compliance and

BOLETSHE HOLDINGS Jan Mepha 16 years experience in the SA mining industry Occupational Health and Hygiene Superintendent for 5 of the 16 years Mining Occupational Hygiene Mine Ventilation Legal compliance are now in place. He is dealing with Accountants on Site with regards to financial strategies and compliance. We will shortly assist Jan in revamping his current office, and buy equipment that is desperately needed. He also expand his line of business recently and also have a cleaning team now. This team mainly operates in the North West province.
