If you have a request for bookings on weekends or after 17:00, please send us an , as these cannot be booked online. Before 09:00, after 17:00 and on the weekends we charge 55 per hour for an event manager on site (maximum of 4 hours). Catering, furniture and other facilities may be added to your booking, details of which will be discussed after confirming your booking through our reservation system. If you want to rent a space via our online booking tool but the preferred time is already marked as booked, please contact us. Maybe we can find an alternative solution for you. The spacious Day and Night spaces can be divided or combined into one room and host up to 200 people at the same time. The room is equipped with a professional audiovisual system and a stage. The other spaces in the Venture Studio are suitable for smaller settings. Check the details per room to decide which space will best match your needs

This is an ideal room for big presentations. Night has all the basic equipment and furnishing for events, like a profession al audiovisual system and a stage. Between Day and Night, there is a moveable wall which can be moved to the side to create one big space. The space is very light with windows on three sides of the room. Book this comfortable space for your next meeting! The Shark Tank has its own special layout. The space has built-in benches that fit 18 people seated. It has a magnetic white board over the full length of one wall, a meeting table and 2 TV screens. This room is great for a plenary talk combined with a workshop. This small space can fit up to six people and has a wooden table set up and ready for you to use. This space is perfect for a workshop session because the room is divided in two. One side is suited for plenary sessions and the other side has a workshop setting. 14 PRKING Startup Village has two municipal parking lots close-by, both located at msterdam Science Park. It is possible to pay afterwards or buy a parking card in advance at one of the machines. Extra administration costs are: 25,-. DIRECTIONS BY CR From highway 10 (Ring msterdam) take exit Diemen/s113 in the direction of Watergraafsmeer. Turn left to the Hartveldseweg/ de Middenweg/de s113. Turn right after 1,2 km to the Kruislaan. Follow Kruislaan for 1 km. Turn right to Carolina MacGillavrylaan, follow this road for 300 meters. Turn left to Science Park. Follow this road for 400 meters. Startup Village (Science Park 608) is situated on the right. Paid parking is possible at parking lot P7, next to Startup Village. Please report at the CE office. PUBLIC TRNSPORT From msterdam Central station take the sprinter (train) bound for Zwolle (platform 10b) or the sprinter bound for mersfoort Vathorst (platform 11a). Get off at the second stop (msterdam Science Park station). Leave the station via the stairs and turn left. Walk underneath the train tracks and at the end cross the street to the right. Cross the street again towards Café Polder and the grey building of the University of msterdam (Universiteit van msterdam). On your left you see sportcenter Universum (this is not where you should be!). Turn right before the grey building and at the end turn left. Keep walking for about 50 meters until you see the containers of Startup Village on the opposite side of the road on your right hand side. Cross the street and report at the CE office
