Future features like sound studio, game room, VR lab, and focus testing facilities will be developed based on the needs and wants of the DevHub inhabitants. COWORKING OFFICES MEETINGS Start out using only the community areas, or level up to your own fixed desk in a shared room with access to meeting rooms. Private office rooms for 2-20 people, including chairs, desk, coffee, WiFi, internet, power, heating and cooling. With meeting rooms and lounges in many different sizes you can have all your meetings at the DevHub.

8 MEMBERSHIP We want everyone who identifies as a game developer or who just wants to be part of our community to be able to become a DevHub member. Our membership and pricing model reflects this by offering many different options, from Starter allowing you to work from all of our shared areas, to Flex giving you access to more private coworking as well as meeting room, to Fixed giving you your own desk in a shared private room. If you need more space there are private offices from 2-20 people, and if you re really serious you can get your own private floor! We hope you will find something that fits you! Become a member today! BASE MEMBERSHIP In order to get access to the DevHub you need to have a base membership. The base membership is individual and is required regardless of if you are using the coworking facilities, have your own room or if you re part of a bigger studio. The membership is your ticket to everything that the DevHub has to offer and is how we finance shared features and community areas. In order to use DevHub as your office you also need to choose one of the following options.

MEDIUM Your own private office for up to 5 people. Access to meeting rooms and all community spaces. 6 months lease. 07. XL Your own private open floor plan office for 20+ people and private meeting room. Includes access to meeting rooms and all community spaces. 12 months lease. 03. FIXED Your own desk in a shared room. Includes access to meeting rooms and all community spaces. 3 months lease. 06. LARGE Your own private office for up to 10 people. 11 DEVHUB PREMIUM DevHub Premium is a custom office solution for established studios looking for their new home. With DevHub Premium you get your own private floor with dedicated street level access and security, as well as access to all the shared features and benefits of being part of the DevHub community. Just take the internal elevator down to the community floor to access the community canteen, lounges, meeting rooms and a big conference room fitting 20 people. Take part of events and meetups organised by Game Habitat, or collaborate to create your own. All the privacy you need, with all the benefits of an open community hub.

12 PARTNERSHIP Not looking for an office but still want to be involved in the DevHub? We re looking for partners! DevHub is operated by Game Habitat and is completely non-profit. We re looking for partners who want to be part of developing the best game development hub in Europe. We can offer you a platform where you can interact with our community, host events, have a meeting once in a while or work for a few hours while in town. You can also give your team access to the shared facilities when they re in town, or need a break from the office. We can also offer you great visibility for other studios and talent both in the DevHub and as part of the Game Habitat family. 13 GAME HABITAT DevHub is the home of Game Habitat, the game community organization working for you. Game Habitat was started by representatives of the local game industry in order to make the most of our rapidly growing game community. Today Game Habitat is the heart of all game development related activities in Malmö and southern Sweden, organising events, meetups and talks from high profile speakers from all over the world. Game Habitat also helps out with international events and conferences, making sure our studios get the visibility and network they need to bring their games to the world. Game Habitat is funded by the local government and by the community and is completely non-profit.
