7 *Mandatory requirements for SBA Student Organizations Regular contact with the SBA Vice President if the organization has received any SBA funding Register each fall with the SBA Hold at least one event per semester that is open to all students and abide by all applicable provisions in the Concordia Constitution, Bylaws, and Student Handbook Have a representative attend any scheduled student organization meetings with the SBA I,, affix my signature below as a duly appointed representative of the student organization under consideration in this application, and indicate that I and the organization members understand and accept the mandatory requirements listed above for funding eligibility. I acknowledge that I fully understand the anti-discrimination policy as stated in the Chapter II of the SBA Bylaws, and I accept and fully understand that recognition is not an endorsement from the SBA of any events or actions conducted by myself, the student organization, or the student organization members.
