2 How you can create a new Project! Do you have a great idea? Start your brand new Project Do you want yo use one of the portal best practices / Accelerators? Find them in the portal, copy one of them and start using it as template for your new Project Did you find a Project in the portal that you like and you want to use it as template? Copy this Project and start working with your own new Project

4 Use one of the portal best practices / Accelerators Visit the Projects area of a community that you are member Select to Create new Project Select Option 2 to see the Accelerators Find the Accelerator that you like and see the Summary Select to Copy Start working with your own project

7 Edit your new Project For all the paths you followed the steps are still the same!

8 What you can do! The menu of actions Saves the project and stays at the same tab/phase Exits from the tool without saving any change (with confirmation) Presents the url and the CODE that will be shared with the students Saves the project and goes to the next tab/phase Saves the project and exits from the tool Clears all the content of the form in the current tab/step Deletes the project (with confirmation)

1. Provide the main description of the Project Title: set the title of the project (in all languages that you select) Description (in all languages you select): use the rich editor to add multimedia

Provide the main description of the Project Subject: select one or more Subjects Learning objectives: define the learning objectives of the project (separate with comma) Age group: select from the available options No of students: inficate here the number of the Students that work together in this Project (no matter how many will edit the content) License level: define of this Project is public or private

11 2. Provide guidelines for the Students in each Phase For each one of the four phases add the guidelines that the Students should follow when working with the Project Add links, videos, images using the options of the editor

12 3. Share the Project with your Students Use the Share button to present the URL and the CODE that you need to share with the Students Press copy to directly get the information OR Press Send by to create a new with the information included and send it to the Students

13 Provide feedback to your Students After the Students have added some content in the Project you can see this and add any comment you have!

14 You can add your feedback to guide your Students Visit the Summary Page of your Project Edit your Project Visit all the four phases and import your comments Save and exit so the Students can see your comments
