6 REGULATION : DIAMOND PAVILION It is prohibited to alter, paint, nail or screw any part of the booth's panels and pole especially for CCTV and Lighting equipment. Otherwise, exhibitors must be responsible for damages and charges occurred. Exhibitors have to inspect the quality of stand / decorative equipment and furniture before using theme. If there are any defect or missing part, please inform the contractor for correcting / changing, otherwise, it is the exhibitors' own responsibility in case of any damage of their exhibits / products. Any exhibitor would like to change position of furniture in the stand, please fill in FORM S2 and return to XCON CO., LTD. before July 6, Otherwise, cost at Baht 150 (subject to Vat 7%) per position will be charged onsite. Any exhibitor would like to change position of showcase in the stand, please fill in FORM S3 and return to XCON CO., LTD. by September 7, Otherwise, cost at Baht 300 (subject to Vat 7%) per position will be charged onsite. If exhibitor do not want any item in the standard package, they must accept that the cost of the package will not change and there will be no compensation by other equipment. Exhibitor will be provided 1 showcase key per one booth at exhibitor counter service at front of Challenger 3. If required to have more, they must deposit at Baht 200 per one key and have refund on September 11, 2018 at counter service loading area. One folding door will be provided one key per door with a deposit at Bath 800 per one key at the above exhibitor counter service. All package and additional orders must be 100% paid before July 6, 2018.
